Description
도 2a는 산성 전기분해수용 제조 장치의 구현예를 도식적으로 예증하는데 사용된 도식이다.
도 2b는 산성 전기분해수용 제조 장치의 또 다른 구현예를 도식적으로 예증하는데 사용된 도식이다.
도 2c는 산성 전기분해수용 제조 장치의 또 다른 구현예를 도식적으로 예증하는데 사용된 도식이다.
도 2d는 산성 전기분해수용 제조 장치의 또 다른 구현예를 도식적으로 예증하는데 사용된 도식이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 구현예의 2차 전기분해 단계에서 1차 전기분해수의 유효 염소 농도와 인가 전류 값 사이의 관계를 보여주는 그래프이다.

Claims (18)
원수 및 염소-기반 전해질 수용액을 음이온-교환 막을 통해 전기분해하여 1차 전기분해수를 제조하는 단계, 및
금속 이온을 상기 1차 전기분해수에 부가하여 원 산성 전기분해수를 제조하는 단계.
상기 원 산성 전기분해수를 전기분해하여 2차 전기분해수를 얻기 위한 2차 전기분해조를 포함하는, 산성 전기분해수를 제조하는 장치로서;
상기 1차 전기분해조는,
애노드를 수용하는 애노드 챔버,
캐소드를 수용하는 캐소드 챔버, 및
상기 애노드 챔버와 상기 캐소드 챔버 사이의 중간 챔버를 포함하고,
음이온-교환 막은 상기 애노드 챔버와 상기 중간 챔버 사이에 제공되고,
양이온-교환 막은 상기 캐소드 챔버와 상기 중간 챔버 사이에 제공되고,
금속 이온을 함유하는 원수는 상기 애노드 챔버에 도입되고,
원수는 상기 캐소드 챔버에 도입되고, 그리고
상기 염소-기반 전해질 수용액은 상기 중간 챔버에 도입되고,
상기 원 산성 전기분해수는 상기 애노드 챔버에서 발생되는, 장치.
예정된 농도의 금속 이온 (여기서 상기 금속 이온은 알칼리 금속 또는 알칼리-토금속의 양이온이다)을 상기 1차 전기분해수에 부가하여 제조된 원 산성 전기분해수를 전기분해하여 2차 전기분해수를 얻기 위한 2차 전기분해조를 포함하는, 산성 전기분해수를 제조하는 장치로서;
상기 1차 전기분해조는,
애노드를 수용하는 애노드 챔버,
캐소드를 수용하는 캐소드 챔버, 및
상기 애노드 챔버와 상기 캐소드 챔버 사이의 중간 챔버를 포함하고,
양이온-교환 막은 상기 캐소드 챔버와 상기 중간 챔버 사이에 제공되고,
음이온-교환 막은 상기 중간 챔버와 상기 애노드 챔버 사이에 제공되고,
원수는 상기 애노드 챔버 및 상기 캐소드 챔버에 도입되고, 그리고
상기 염소-기반 전해질 수용액은 상기 중간 챔버에 도입되고,
상기 1차 전기분해수는 애노드 챔버에서 발생되는, 산성 전기분해수를 제조하는 장치.
