Claims (21)
- 음극활물질,
수계 바인더,
입자상의 셀룰로오스계 증점제, 및
염기성 첨가제를 포함하며,
pH가 7 내지 7.5인 리튬 이차전지의 음극 형성용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 염기성 첨가제는 알칼리 금속 및 알칼리 토금속으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나 또는 둘 이상의 금속을 포함하는 화합물인 리튬 이차전지의 음극 형성용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 염기성 첨가제는 수산화나트륨, 수산화칼륨, 수산화칼슘, 및 탄산나트륨, 탄산칼슘으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나 또는 둘 이상의 화합물을 포함하는 것인 리튬 이차전지의 음극 형성용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 음극활물질은 흑연계 물질인 리튬 이차전지의 음극 형성용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 수계 바인더는 아크릴레이트계 고무 및 스티렌계 고무로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나 또는 둘 이상을 포함하는 것인 리튬 이차전지의 음극 형성용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 수계 바인더는 평균입경(D50)이 90 내지 150㎚이고, 인장강도가 90 내지 160kgf인 스티렌 부타디엔계 고무인 리튬 이차전지의 음극 형성용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 수계 바인더는 음극활물질 100중량부에 대하여 1 내지 20중량부로 포함되는 리튬 이차전지의 음극 형성용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 셀룰로오스계 증점제의 평균입경(D50)이 50 내지 300㎚인 리튬 이차전지의 음극 형성용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 셀룰로오스계 증점제는 단위 유닛내 카르복실기의 치환도가 1 내지 1.5이고, 중량평균 분자량(Mw)이 800,000 내지 5,000,000g/mol인 것인 리튬 이차전지의 음극 형성용 조성물.

상기 셀룰로오스계 증점제는 서로 다른 중량평균 분자량을 갖는 2종의 셀룰로오스계 화합물을 포함하는 것인 리튬 이차전지의 음극 형성용 조성물.

상기 셀룰로오스계 증점제는 중량평균 분자량이 1,000,000g/mol 이하인 제1셀룰로오스계 화합물 및 중량평균 분자량이 3,000,000g/mol 이상인 제2셀룰로오스계 화합물을 60:40 내지 80:20의 혼합중량비로 포함하는 것인 리튬 이차전지의 음극 형성용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 셀룰로오스계 증점제는 음극활물질 100중량부에 대하여 0.1 내지 10중량부로 포함되는 리튬 이차전지의 음극 형성용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 음극활물질 100중량부에 대하여 도전재를 0.1 내지 5중량부로 더 포함하는 리튬 이차전지의 음극 형성용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 음극 형성용 조성물 내 고형분 함량이 40 내지 60중량%가 되도록 하는 양으로 수계 용매를 더 포함하는 리튬 이차전지의 음극 형성용 조성물.
- 음극활물질, 수계 바인더 및 입자상의 셀룰로오스계 증점제를 혼합하여 혼합물을 준비하는 단계, 및
상기 혼합물에 염기성 첨가제를 혼합물의 pH가 7 내지 7.5가 되도록 하는 양으로 첨가하는 단계
를 포함하는 리튬 이차전지의 음극 형성용 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 따른 음극 형성용 조성물을 이용하여 제조된 리튬 이차전지용 음극.
- 제16항에 따른 음극을 포함하는 것인 리튬 이차전지.
- 제17항에 따른 리튬 이차전지를 단위셀로 포함하는 전지모듈.
