Abstract
본 발명의 반사 방지 필름은, 기재와, 기재측으로부터 순서대로, 중굴절률층과, 고굴절률층과, 저굴절률층을 갖는다. 기재의 굴절률 (nS), 중굴절률층의 굴절률 (nM) 및 고굴절률층의 굴절률 (nH) 은 하기 식 (1) 을 만족시킨다.

여기서, 기재의 굴절률 (nS), 중굴절률층의 굴절률 (nM) 및 고굴절률층의 굴절률 (nH) 은 nH > nM > nS 의 관계를 갖는다.
Description
도 2 는, 광대역 반사 방지 필름 (중굴절률층/고굴절률층/저굴절률층) 의 광학 설계의 개념을 설명하기 위한 진폭 반사율도이다.
도 3 은, 도 2 의 개념에 기초하여 실제로 반사 방지 필름을 설계할 때에, 식 (1) 에 있어서의 R1 및 R2 의 기술적 의의를 설명하는 진폭 반사율도이다.
20 : 중굴절률층
30 : 밀착층
40 : 고굴절률층
50 : 저굴절률층
100 : 반사 방지 필름
Claims (9)
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 기재의 굴절률이 1.45 ∼ 1.65 의 범위이고, 상기 중굴절률층의 굴절률이 1.67 ∼ 1.78 의 범위이며, 상기 고굴절률층의 굴절률이 2.00 ∼ 2.60 의 범위인, 반사 방지 필름. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 고굴절률층의 파장 580 ㎚ 에 있어서의 광학 막두께가 λ/8 이하인, 반사 방지 필름. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 고굴절률층이, 금속 산화물 또는 금속 질화물의 스퍼터링에 의해, 혹은, 산소를 도입하여 금속을 산화시키면서 스퍼터링함으로써 형성되어 있는, 반사 방지 필름. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 중굴절률층이, 바인더 수지와 그 바인더 수지 중에 분산된 무기 미립자를 함유하는, 반사 방지 필름. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 중굴절률층이, 상기 바인더 수지와 상기 무기 미립자를 함유하는 중굴절률층 형성용 조성물을 상기 기재 상에 도포 및 경화시킴으로써 형성되어 있는, 반사 방지 필름. - 기재 상에, 바인더 수지와 무기 미립자를 함유하는 중굴절률층 형성용 조성물을 도포 및 경화시켜 중굴절률층을 형성하는 것,
상기 중굴절률층 상에 금속 산화물 또는 금속 질화물을 스퍼터링하거나, 혹은, 산소를 도입하여 금속을 산화시키면서 스퍼터링하여 고굴절률층을 형성하는 것, 및
상기 고굴절률층 상에 금속 산화물 또는 금속 불화물을 스퍼터링하여 저굴절률층을 형성하는 것을 포함하고,
상기 기재의 굴절률 (nS), 상기 중굴절률층의 굴절률 (nM) 및 상기 고굴절률층의 굴절률 (nH) 이 하기 식 (1) 을 만족시키는, 반사 방지 필름의 제조 방법 :

여기서, 기재의 굴절률 (nS), 중굴절률층의 굴절률 (nM) 및 고굴절률층의 굴절률 (nH) 은 nH > nM > nS 의 관계를 갖는다. - 제 1 항에 기재된 반사 방지 필름을 포함하는, 반사 방지 필름 부착 편광판.
- 제 1 항에 기재된 반사 방지 필름 또는 제 8 항에 기재된 반사 방지 필름 부착 편광판을 포함하는, 화상 표시 장치.
