Abstract
본 발명에 의한 연성회로기판 보호필름은 고온 압축 공정 후 점착제 잔사가 발생되지 않으며, 고온 압축후 점착력의 경시변화가 적어 피착제인 연성회로기판의 표면 오염과 제품 손상을 방지할 수 있다.

Claims (11)
- 아크릴계 단량체와 비닐 실란계 단량체를, 주쇄 중에 폴리알킬실록산 블록과 아조기를 반복단위로 갖는 중합개시제 하에서 반응시켜 수득되는 아크릴계 공중합체; 및 가교제를 포함하는 내열 점착제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비닐 실란계 단량체는 하기의 화학식 1로 표시되는 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 내열 점착제 조성물:

상기 식에서, R1은 비닐 (CH2=CH-) 또는 메탈릴(CH2=C(CH3)-)이고; R2는 C1~C5의 알킬, 아미노 알킬, 히드록시 알킬 또는 알콕시 알킬 치환체이며; n은 1 내지 3의 정수이다. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 아크릴계 단량체는 호모폴리머의 Tg가 0℃ 이하인 연성 아크릴계 단량체 65 ~ 99중량%; 및 가교 가능한 관능기를 갖는 단량체 1 ~ 35중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 내열 점착제 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 연성 아크릴계 단량체는 에틸아크릴레이트, n-프로필아크릴레이트, n-부틸아크릴레이트, n-펜틸아크릴레이트, n-헥실아크릴레이트, n-헵실아크릴레이트, n-옥틸아크릴레이트, n-옥틸메타아크릴레이트, 이소옥틸아크릴레이트, n-노닐아크릴레이트, n-데실아크릴레이트, 도데실아크릴레이트, 2-에틸헥실아크릴레이트 및 4-메틸-2-펜틸아크릴레이트로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상이며; 및
상기 가교 가능한 관능기를 갖는 단량체는 단량체 내에 중합단위로서의 비닐 관능기 외에 카르복실기, 수산기 및 질소로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상을 포함하는 비닐계 단량체;인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 내열 점착제 조성물. - 기재필름; 및
상기 기재필름의 적어도 일면에, 제1항의 내열 점착제 조성물이 코팅되어 형성된 점착층을 포함하는 연성회로기판 보호필름. - 제6항에 있어서, 상기 점착층의 온도에 따른 점착력 변화가 하기의 수학식 1을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 연성회로기판 보호필름:

상기 식에서, F1= B/A로서, 상온에서 합지시의 점착력(A)에 대한 150℃ 합지시의 점착력(B)의 비이고, F2= C/B로서, 150℃ 합지시의 점착력(B)에 대한 고온 압축 후의 점착력(C)의 비(C/B)이다. - 제6항에 있어서, 상기 점착층은 경화 후 아래의 수학식 2에 의해 측정되는 겔 분율이 85% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 연성회로기판 보호필름:

상기 식에서, M은 점착제 전체의 질량이고, m은 겔화된 부분의 질량이다. - 제6항에 있어서, 상기 점착층의 건조후 두께는 5 ~ 30㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 연성회로기판 보호필름.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 점착층은 고온 압축 후의 점착력이 5~30gf/25mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 연성회로기판 보호필름.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 기재필름은 두께 10 ~ 125㎛의 내열성 필름인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 연성회로기판 보호필름.
