Claims (11)
- 하부 가스 유입부;
상기 하부가스 유입부에 연결되고, 상기 하부 가스 유입부를 통하여 적어도 하나의 가스화제, 그리고 다운커머(downcomer)로부터 리사이클 고체 혼합물이 도입되도록 구성된 연소영역(combustion zone);
상기 연소영역과 연결되고, (i) 상기 적어도 하나의 가스화제, (ii) 상기 리사이클 고체 혼합물, 및 (iii) 상기 연소영역 내에서 생성되는, 상기 적어도 하나의 가스화제와 상기 리사이클 고체 혼합물 간의 연소 반응 생성물을 수용하도록 구성되며, 제1 석탄 유입구를 통한 탄소질 원료의 공급 하에서 기상의 가스화 반응 생성물 및 고체 입자를 배출하는 라이저(riser);
상기 라이저에 연결되고, 상기 기상의 가스화 반응 생성물로부터 고체 입자를 분리하는 사이클론(cyclone);
상기 사이클론과 연결되고, 상기 사이클론을 통하여 분리된 고체 입자를 포집하도록 구성된 다운커머;
상기 다운커머의 하부에 연결되고, 다운커머에 의하여 포집된 고체 입자를 포함하는 리사이클 고체 혼합물을 연소영역으로 공급하는 루프-실 (loop-seal);
을 포함하며,
여기서, 상기 다운커머 내에 열교환기(heat exchanger)를 구비되는 순환 유동층 가스화기. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연소영역의 상측에 위치하는 라이저의 하부 영역에 제1 석탄 유입구가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 순환 유동층 가스화기.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 루프-실에 탄소질 원료를 도입하기 위한 제2 석탄 유입구를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 순환 유동층 가스화기.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2 석탄 유입구에 투입되는 탄소질 원료는 저급탄, 고급탄, Petcoke, 바이오매스 및 이의 혼합물로부터 선택되는 탄소질 원료인 것을 특징으로 하는 순환 유동층 가스화기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열 교환기는 상기 연소영역의 온도가 석탄의 회재 융점 이하로 유지되도록, 상기 리사이클 고체 혼합물의 온도를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 순환 유동층 가스화기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열 교환기는 다운커머 내부의 하측 영역에 위치하며, 냉각수 입구, 이코노마이저 및 냉각수 출구를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 순환 유동층 가스화기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가스화기는 700 내지 1100 ℃의 온도 조건에서 운전되는 것을 특징으로 하는 순환 유동층 가스화기.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 가스화기는 1 내지 50 bar의 압력 조건에서 운전되는 것을 특징으로 하는 순환 유동층 가스화기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 루프-실은 유동화 가스로서 질소, 이산화탄소, 스팀, 가스화기로부터 생성된 합성가스, 또는 이의 혼합물을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 순환 유동층 가스화기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 가스화제는 스팀, 공기/산소, 이산화탄소 또는 이의 혼합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 순환 유동층 가스화기.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 가스화제는 공기/산소를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 순환 유동층 가스화기.
