Claims (6)
- 내부에 공간을 가지는 하우징;
상기 하우징 하부에 설치되는 원료공급부;
상기 하우징 하부에 설치되는 가스화제공급부;
상기 하우징의 상부에 설치되어 합성가스를 배출시키는 합성가스배출부; 및
상기 하우징 내부의 유동층 영역에 설치되고, 열매체가 내부를 순환하여 합성가스를 냉각시키는 냉각기를 포함하는 유동층 가스화 반응기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 냉각기는 열매체가 흐르는 냉각튜브가 나선의 코일형상을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유동층 가스화 반응기.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 냉각튜브가 서로 맞닿아서 상기 냉각기가 전체적으로 관체를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유동층 가스화 반응기.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 냉각기 내부에서 유동화 흐름이 하향을 이루도록, 상기 냉각기의 아래에 냉각기의 외부 주위로 유동화 흐름을 안내하는 확산가이드가 설치되고, 상기 가스화제공급부는 상기 확산가이드 주위에 설치되어 상기 냉각기의 주위로 상향의 유동화 흐름을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유동층 가스화 반응기.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 냉각기 내부에서 유동화 흐름이 상향을 이루도록, 상기 냉각기의 아래에 상기 가스화제공급부가 위치하고, 상기 가스화제공급부의 외부 주위로 유동화 흐름을 상기 냉각기의 하부를 향해 안내하는 수렴가이드가 설치되어 상기 냉각기의 주위로 하향의 유동화 흐름을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유동층 가스화 반응기.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 냉각튜브의 표면에는 촉매가 코팅되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유동층 가스화 반응기.
