Abstract
Description
도 2는 내연 기관의 가스 교환 밸브의 제어 시간을 변화시키기 위한 장치의 본 발명에 따른 제1 실시예를 절개하여 도시한 종단면도이다.
도 3은 중심 나사는 도시하지 않으면서, 도 2의 위상 조절 장치를 라인 Ⅲ-Ⅲ을 따라 절개하여 도시한 횡단면도이다.
도 4, 도 5는 도 2의 세부도 X이다.
도 6은 장치의 본 발명에 따른 추가의 일 실시예를 도 4와 동일하게 도시한 도면이다.

Claims (10)
- - 유압식 위상 조절 장치(12)와, 캠축(6, 7)과, 어큐뮬레이터(15)를 구비한 내연 기관(1)의 가스 교환 밸브(9, 10)의 제어 시간을 가변 조절하기 위한 장치(11)이며,
- 위상 조절 장치(12)는 크랭크축(2)과 구동 연결될 수 있고 회전 불가능하게 캠축(6, 7)과 연결되며,
- 크랭크축(2)에 대한 캠축(6, 7)의 위상 위치는 위상 조절 장치(12)에 의해 가변 조절 가능하며,
- 캠축(6, 7)의 내부는 공동(38)을 갖는, 가스 교환 밸브의 제어 시간 가변 조절 장치(11)에 있어서,
- 상기 어큐뮬레이터(15)는 공동(38) 내에 배치되어 위상 조절 장치(12)와 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 가스 교환 밸브의 제어 시간 가변 조절 장치(11). - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 어큐뮬레이터(15)는 종방향으로 슬라이딩 가능한 피스톤(41)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 가스 교환 밸브의 제어 시간 가변 조절 장치(11).
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 어큐뮬레이터(13)는 압력 수단의 힘에 반대로 피스톤(41)에 힘을 가하는 스프링 부재(42)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 가스 교환 밸브의 제어 시간 가변 조절 장치(11).
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 어큐뮬레이터(15)는 공동(38) 내에 배치되는 하우징(40)을 갖고, 상기 하우징 내에서 피스톤(41)은 종방향으로 슬라이딩 가능하게 안내되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 가스 교환 밸브의 제어 시간 가변 조절 장치(11).
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 하우징(40)은 적어도 피스톤(41)의 변위 방향으로 피스톤(41)의 경로 제한을 위한 하나 이상의 스토퍼(46)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 가스 교환 밸브의 제어 시간 가변 조절 장치(11).
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 어큐뮬레이터(15)는 공동(38)의 벽부(43)와 하우징(40) 사이의 강제 결합식 연결부를 통해 공동 내에 고정 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 가스 교환 밸브의 제어 시간 가변 조절 장치(11).
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 하우징(40)은 안내 섹션(44)을 갖고, 피스톤(41)은 안내 섹션(44)의 내부 재킷 표면에 매칭되는 외부 재킷 표면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 가스 교환 밸브의 제어 시간 가변 조절 장치(11).
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 안내 섹션(44)은 피스톤(41)의 전체 길이에 걸쳐 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 가스 교환 밸브의 제어 시간 가변 조절 장치(11).
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 하우징(40)은 안내 섹션(44)의 2개의 축방향 단부에 직경 확대 영역(47)을 가지며, 상기 단부의 외부 재킷 표면은 공동(38)의 벽부에 매칭되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 가스 교환 밸브의 제어 시간 가변 조절 장치(11).
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 캠축(6, 7)은 관의 형태로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 가스 교환 밸브의 제어 시간 가변 조절 장치(11).
