Claims (6)
- 촬상소자(11)와 조명수단(12)이 장착되는 헤드 하우징(13)으로 이루어져 이미지를 촬영하는 이미지 촬영수단(10)과; 형상 연성박판(21)과, 절연 접착필름(22)과, 회로필름(23) 및 절연 보호필름(24)이 적층되어 피검사물의 공간내로 삽입될 수 있도록 이루어져 일측 단부에 상기 촬영수단(10)이 연결되고, 타측 단부에 콘넥터(25)를 통해 전송 케이블(26)과 연결되는 피검사물 내 삽입수단(20) 으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 촬상소자를 이용한 형상 연성회로 박막형 내시경장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 촬상소자(11)는 CCD 카메라 또는 CMOS 센서인 것을 특징으로 하는 촬상소자를 이용한 형상 연성회로 박막형 내시경장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 조명수단(12)은 LED 램프로서, LED 램프(12a)가 지지대(12b)에 장착된 채로 상기 헤드 하우징(13)의 램프 삽입홈(13a)에 삽입되도록 지지대(12b)가 상기 헤드 하우징(13)의 지지대홈(13b)에 삽입되어 지지대(12b) 이면의 LED 단자 접점이 지지대홈(13b) 후방 측면의 단자 접점에 접촉된 상태로 고정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 촬상소자를 이용한 형상 연성회로 박막형 내시경장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 헤드 하우징(13)은 전방 선단 상하부에 다수의 램프 삽입홈(13a)이 형성되고, 상기 램프 삽입홈(13a)에 연통되어 다수의 지지대홈(13b) 이 형성되며, 전방 선단 중앙부에 창(13c)이 형성되고, 상기 창(13c)에 연통되어 중앙에 길이방향을 따라 촬상소자 삽입홈(13d)이 형성되며, 촬상소자 삽입홈(13d) 후방 측면에 촬상소자의 단자 접점이 형성되고, 헤드 하우징(13)의 후단부는 접속면(13e)이 형성되어 접속면(13e)의 단부에 핀홈(13f)이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 촬상소자를 이용한 형상 연성회로 박막형 내시경장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 피검사물 내 삽입수단(20)은 형상 연성박판(21)에 절연 접착필름(22)을 통해 회로필름(23)의 일면이 접착되고, 상기 회로필름(23)의 타면에 접착제로 절연 보호필름(24)이 접착되어 구성된 것임을 특징으로 하는 촬상소자를 이용한 형상 연성회로 박막형 내시경장치.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 회로필름(23) 상에는 촬상소자(11)로 촬영한 영상이미지를 처리 및 전송하는 회로수단과 전송수단이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 촬상소자를 이용한 형상 연성회로 박막형 내시경장치.
