- 제 9항에 있어서,상기 인체화된 항체 또는 인체화된 항체 단편물이 쥐 항체 64G12(ECACC 기탁번호 92022605)의 IFN 알파 수용체-1 결합 친화도의 적어도 50%를 보유하는,인체화된 항체 또는 인체화된 항체 단편물.
- 제 9항에 있어서,인간 항체 또는 인간 항체 콘센서스 골격으로부터의 상기 가변 도메인 골격 영역은 변경되지 않은,인체화된 항체 또는 인체화된 항체 단편물.

- (a) 잠재적 T 세포 에피토프의 삭제를 초래하는, CDR1, CDR2, CDR3 또는 골격 영역내에 아미노산 치환체를 포함하는 중사슬, 서열 번호: 3의 아미노산 잔기 4에서 아미노산 치환체를 포함하는 중사슬, 및 서열 번호: 3의 아미노산 잔기 11에서 아미노산 치환체를 포함하는 중사슬로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 중사슬, 및K1(서열 번호: 21), K6(서열 번호: 20) 및 잠재적 T 세포 에피토프의 삭제를 초래하는, CDR1, CDR3 또는 골격 영역내에 아미노산 치환체를 포함하는 경사슬로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 경사슬; 또는(b) H2(서열 번호: 8), H3(서열 번호: 10), M3(서열 번호: 11), 잠재적 T 세포 에피토프의 삭제를 초래하는, CDR1, CDR2, CDR3 또는 골격 영역내에 아미노산 치환체를 포함하는 중사슬, 서열 번호: 3의 아미노산 잔기 4에서 아미노산 치환체를 포함하는 중사슬, 및 서열 번호: 3의 아미노산 잔기 11에서 아미노산 치환체를 포함하는 중사슬로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 중사슬, 및잠재적 T 세포 에피토프의 삭제를 초래하는, CDR1, CDR3 또는 골격 영역내에 아미노산 치환체를 포함하는 경사슬; 을 포함하는,IFN 알파 수용체-1에 특이적으로 결합하는 인체화된 항체 또는 인체화된 항체 단편물.
