Abstract
Description
Claims (8)
- 중대형 전지팩의 작동을 제어하는 시스템으로서, 전지팩 작동 제어를 위한 회로 및 소자들로 이루어진 인쇄회로기판(BMS PCB)과 그것의 일측에 부착되어 있는 커넥터, 및 상기 커넥터의 일부가 외부로 노출된 상태로 BMS PCB를 내장하는 상하 체결형의 본체 및 커버로 이루어진 하우징으로 구성되어 있고, 상기 하우징의 본체 및 커버 사이에는 그것의 계면을 따라 밀착되며 본체와 커버의 체결부위에 함께 체결되는 구조의 방수용 부재가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 방수용 부재는 O-링(ring)인 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 하우징의 본체 측벽에는 내면에 나사선을 가진 체결용 홈이 형성되어 있고, 그에 상응하는 커버에는 관통홈이 형성되어 있으며, 상기 관통홈과 체결용 홈에 나사를 삽입하여 체결하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 방수용 부재에는 상기 관통홈에 대응하는 체결구가 형성되어 있어서, 나사에 의한 체결시 하우징 부재와 함께 체결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 방수용 부재는 내구성이 우수하고 탄성을 가진 소재로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 커넥터와 하우징의 계면에도 방수용 부재가 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중의 어느 하나에 따른 전지팩 제어 시스템을 포함하고 있는 중대형 전지팩.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 전지팩은 전기자동차 또는 하이브리드 전기자동차의 동력원으로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 중대형 전지팩.
