Claims (6)
- 애드-온(add-on)(21)과 지지부(20)를 이격된 상태로 고정하기 위한 장치로서,상기 지지부(20)에 고정 연결될 수 있고, 제1 나사산 방향의 내부 나사산(9)을 가진 장착 너트(1),상기 장착 너트(1)에 나사체결될 수 있도록, 상기 장착 너트(1)의 상기 내부 나사산(9)과 결합되는 외부 나사산(8)을 가진 상보적 부시(5), 및경성 재료(hard material)로 제조된 스크루 섕크(15)를 가지며, 상기 애드-온(21)을 상기 상보적 부시(5)에 연결하도록 작동하는 고정 스크루(14)를 포함하고,상기 스크루 섕크(15)에, 제1 나사산 방향에 대해 반대인 제2 나사산 방향의 외부 나사산(17)이 형성되어 있으며,상기 스크루 섕크(15)는 스크루 채널(10) 내로 삽입될 수 있고,상기 스크루 채널(10)은 상기 장착 너트(1)를 통해 상기 상보적 부시(5) 내로 연장되며,상기 상보적 부시(5)는 상기 스크루 섕크(15)에 비하여 연성 플라스틱(soft plastic)으로 제조되어 있고,상기 상보적 부시(5)는, 상기 스크루 채널(10)의 일부를 형성하는 채널 섹션(12)을 포함하며,상기 고정 스크루(14)의 상기 스크루 섕크(15)의 상기 외부 나사산(17)에 의해 상기 상보적 부시(5)의 상기 채널 섹션(12)에 내부 나사산이 형성될 수 있도록, 상기 채널 섹션(12)의 내경이 상기 스크루 섕크(15)의 외경보다 작은것을 특징으로 하는, 애드-온(21)과 지지부(20)를 이격된 상태로 고정하기 위한 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 장착 너트(1)가 상기 스크루 섕크(15)에 비하여 연성 플라스틱으로 제조되어 있고,상기 장착 너트(1)가, 상기 스크루 채널(10)의 일부를 형성하는 채널 섹션(13)을 포함하며,상기 고정 스크루(14)의 상기 스크루 섕크(15)의 상기 외부 나사산(17)에 의해 상기 장착 너트(1)의 상기 채널 섹션(13)에 내부 나사산이 형성될 수 있도록, 상기 채널 섹션(13)의 내경이 상기 스크루 섕크(15)의 외경보다 작은것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 채널 섹션(12, 13)은 매끄러운(smooth) 벽을 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 장착 너트(1)에 칼라(18)가 형성되어 있고,상기 칼라(18)가 상기 채널 섹션(12)으로부터 상기 내부 나사산(9)의 영역으로 축방향으로 돌출되어 있으며,상기 장착 너트(1)와 상기 상보적 부시(5)가 나사체결된 상태에서, 상기 칼라(18)가, 상기 상보적 부시(5)에 상보적으로 형성된 칼라 리세스(19)와 결합되는것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 장착 너트(1)로부터 멀어지는 방향으로 향한 상기 상보적 부시(5)의 단부에, 상기 상보적 부시(5)의 상기 외부 나사산(8)을 넘어 적어도 부분적으로 방사방향으로 돌출하는 베어링 플레이트(7)가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,반경방향으로 바깥쪽으로 돌출하는 베어링 돌출부(4)가 상기 장착 너트(1)에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
