Claims (4)
- 실장면에 수직으로 배치되는 권축과 상기 권축의 단부에 상기 실장면에 접하도록 마련된 판형의 악(鍔)부을 갖는 코어의 상기 권축에 코일 도선을 감아 돌림과 동시에, 상기 악부의 바닥면에 마련한 단자전극에 상기 코일 도선의 단부를 납땜하여 고정한 권선형 코일부품에 있어서,상기 악부 측면의 길이 방향의 일부에 돌출부를 마련하고, 상기 악부 측면의 돌출부와 상기 돌출부에 인접하는 비돌출부에 접하도록 상기 악부의 바닥면에 오목부를 형성하고, 상기 오목부의 적어도 상기 측면에 인접하는 내벽면, 상기 돌출부의 바닥면, 및 상기 비돌출부의 바닥면에 걸쳐서 연속되는 단자전극을 마련한 것을 특징으로 하는 권선형 코일부품.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 악부 측면의 길이방향의 중앙에 돌출부를 마련하고, 상기 악부의 돌출부의 바닥면으로부터 양측의 비돌출부에 걸쳐서 각각 단자전극을 마련한 것을 특징으로 하는 권선형 코일부품.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 악부 측면의 돌출부의 상기 비돌출부로부터의 돌출 치수를, 상기 악부의 오목부의 깊이 치수보다 크게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 권선형 코일부품.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 악부 측면의 돌출부의 상기 비돌출부로부터의 돌출 치수를, 상기 코일 도선의 선재 직경보다 크게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 권선형 코일부품.
