Claims (8)
- 일측이 개구된 케이스;상기 케이스의 내부에 수용되며 상측으로 제1,2전극탭이 인출되는 전극 조립체;상기 케이스의 개구를 커버하는 캡플레이트 및 상기 캡 플레이트와 절연되는 전극단자를 갖는 캡 조립체;상기 전극단자와 상기 캡 플레이트에 각각 연결되는 제1,2전극리드;상기 제1전극리드 또는 제2전극리드 중 어느 하나와 연결되어 전류를 차단시키는 전류차단부;상기 전류차단부와 상기 캡 조립체 사이에 충진되는 수지부; 및상기 캡 조립체에 설치된 절연보강부를 포함하는 이차 전지.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 절연보강부는 상기 캡 플레이트의 일측을 커버하는 커버부재와 상기 캡 플레이트의 일측에 설치된 보강부재가 일체형으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 보강부재는 상측으로 돌출되게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 커버부재는 얇은 플레이트형으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 절연보강부는 상기 커버부재의 하측으로 상기 안전벤트를 보호하는 벤트보호부재가 추가로 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 절연보강부는 절연물질로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 전류차단부는 PTC소자인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 케이스는 각형인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
