Claims (12)
- 절삭 공구, 특히 나이프, 가위, 톱, 가정용 장치, 또는 산업용 기계에 대한 블레이드를 제조하는 방법으로서, 상기 블레이드(1)는 강철 또는 스테인레스강 합금으로 형성되며, 그 주변부의 적어도 일부 위로 연장되는 적어도 하나의 절삭 에지(3; 103)를 구비하며,(a) 각각의 절삭 에지(3; 103)의 위치 주변부에 제공된 적어도 하나의 자유 에지(F; 4)를 구비하는 블레이드 본체(2; 1021)를 형성하는 단계;(b) 적어도 하나의 자유 에지(F; 4)상에 파우더(5; 105)의 형태로 성형 재료(M, M')를 투영(project)하는 단계로서, 상기 성형 재료의 경도는 블레이드 본체의 경도보다 크게 되는 투영 단계;(c) 상기 자유 에지(F; 4)의 적어도 일부분상에 비드(6) 또는 스트립(109)을 형성하도록 레이저 비임(8)에 성형 재료(5, 105)를 가하는 단계;(d) 성형 재료(M, M')의 비드(6) 또는 스트립(109)에 절삭 에지(3; 103)를 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 블레이드 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 자유 에지는 블레이드 본체(2)의 메인 평면(P)에 수직하게 연장되는 평탄부(4)에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 블레이드 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 자유 에지는 블레이드 본체(102)의 메인 평면(P')에 관하여 0이 아닌 각(α)으로 배향된 메인 평면에서 연장되는 블레이드 본체(102)의 부분(F)에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 블레이드 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 블레이드 본체(2, 102)는 최종 블레이드(1)의 치수보다 약간 작은 치수를 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 블레이드 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 절삭 에지(3: 103)는 성형 재료(M;M')의 적어도 비드(6) 또는 스트립(109)을 그라인딩, 머시닝, 또는 마멸하여 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 블레이드 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 블레이드 본체(2: 102)는 상기 절삭 에지(3: 103)가 머시닝 또는 그라인딩에 의해 형성되는 것과 동시에 머시닝되거나 그라인딩되는 것을 특징으로 하는 블레이드 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 블레이드 본체(2)는 성형 재료의 비드(6)를 형성하기 전에 머시닝되거나 그라인딩되는 것을 특징으로 하는 블레이드 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 절삭 에지를 형성하는 단계 d) 이전에, 경화 공정 및 템퍼링 공정은 성형 재료(M; M')의 비드(6) 또는 스트립(109)에 결합되는 블레이드 본체(2; 102)상에서 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 블레이드 제조방법.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,재료 제거 공정은 성형 재료가 증착되는 블레이드 본체(2)의 에지(F)로부터, 메인 평면(P')에 대하여 반대편의 블레이드 본체(102)의 에지(Fo)로부터 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 블레이드 제조방법.
- 절삭 공구, 특히 나이프, 가위, 톱, 가정용 장치, 또는 산업용 기계에 대한 블레이드로서, 상기 블레이드는 그 주변부의 적어도 일부분상에 적어도 하나의 절삭 에지를 구비하며, 상기 블레이드는 블레이드 본체(2; 102)를 구비하며, 상기 절삭 에지(3; 103)는 상기 블레이드 본체(2; 102)의 일측 에지상에서 지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 블레이드.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 절삭 에지(3; 103) 및 블레이드 본체(2; 102)는 적어도 2개의 서로 다른 재료로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 블레이드.
- 절삭공구, 특히, 나이프, 가위, 톱, 가정용 장치, 또는 산업용 기계인 절삭 공구로서, 상기 절삭 공구는 제10항 내지 제11항에 따른 적어도 하나의 블레이드를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 절삭공구.
