Claims (16)
- 나이프, 가위, 톱, 가정용 장치 또는 산업용 공구중 적어도 하나를 위한 블레이드 제조 방법으로서, 블레이드는 강철 또는 스테인레스강 합금으로 만들어지고 그 주변부의 적어도 일부 위로 연장되는 적어도 하나의 절삭 에지를 가지며,(a) 적어도 하나의 절삭 에지의 부근에 제공된 적어도 3 개의 자유 에지(free edge)를 구비하는 블레이드 본체를 만드는 단계;(b) 적어도 3 개의 자유 에지들중 하나에 대하여 파우더 형태인 성형 재료를 투사하는 단계로서, 상기 적어도 3 개의 자유 에지들중 하나는 블레이드 본체의 주 평면(main plane)에 직각으로 연장된 평탄 수평 표면에 의해 형성되고, 상기 파우더 형태인 성형 재료의 경도는 블레이드 본체의 경도보다 크고, 상기 파우더 형태인 성형 재료는, 포함(inclusion)에 의해 서로 연결되거나, 또는 덩어리로 뭉쳐짐(agglomeration)에 의해 서로 연결되거나, 또는 결합제(binder)에 의해 서로 연결된, 적어도 2 개의 파우더 형태인 성형 재료들을 포함하는, 성형 재료 투사 단계;(c) 적어도 3 개의 자유 에지들중 하나의 적어도 일부분상에 비드(bead) 또는 스트립(strip)을 형성하기 위하여 파우더 형태인 성형 재료를 투사하는 것과 동시에 파우더 형태인 성형 재료에 레이저 비임이 입사되게 함으로써, 비드 또는 스트립이 블레이드 본체와 순간적으로 용융되어 블레이드 본체와 밀접한 접합을 형성하게 하는, 성형 재료에 대한 레이저 비임의 입사 단계;(d) 상기 밀접한 접합이 형성된 이후에, 블레이드 본체 및 비드 또는 스트립에 경화 공정(hardening) 및 템퍼링 공정(tempering)을 수행하는 단계로서, 상기 블레이드 본체는 성형 재료의 비드 또는 스트립과 맞춰지는, 경화 공정 및 템퍼링 공정 수행 단계; 및,(e) 예리한 에지를 형성하기 위하여 성형 재료의 비드 또는 스트립에 절삭 에지를 형성하는 단계;를 포함하는, 블레이드 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,블레이드 본체는 최종적인 블레이드의 치수들보다 약간 작은 치수를 나타내는, 블레이드 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,적어도 하나의 절삭 에지는 성형 재료의 적어도 비드 또는 스트립을 그라인딩, 머시닝(machining), 또는 마멸(abrading)함으로써 만들어지는, 블레이드 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,블레이드 본체는 성형 재료의 비드를 형성하는 단계 전에 머시닝되거나 또는 그라인딩되는, 블레이드 제조 방법.
- 나이프, 가위, 톱, 가정용 장치 또는 산업용 기계중 적어도 하나를 위한 블레이드로서, 블레이드는 그 주변부의 적어도 일부에 있는 적어도 하나의 절삭 에지 및, 블레이드 본체를 가지며, 적어도 하나의 절삭 에지는, 블레이드 본체의 에지상에 지지되고,(a) 적어도 하나의 절삭 에지의 부근에 제공된 적어도 3 개의 자유 에지(free edge)를 구비하는 블레이드 본체를 만드는 단계;(b) 적어도 3 개의 자유 에지들중 하나에 대하여 파우더 형태인 성형 재료를 투사하는 단계로서, 상기 적어도 3 개의 자유 에지들중 하나는 블레이드 본체의 주 평면(main plane)에 직각으로 연장된 평탄 수평 표면에 의해 형성되고, 파우더 형태인 성형 재료의 경도는 블레이드 본체의 경도보다 크고, 상기 파우더 형태인 성형 재료는, 포함(inclusion)에 의해 서로 연결되거나, 또는 덩어리로 뭉쳐짐(agglomeration)에 의해 서로 연결되거나, 또는 결합제(binder)에 의해 서로 연결된, 적어도 2 개의 파우더 형태인 성형 재료들을 포함하는, 성형 재료 투사 단계;(c) 적어도 3 개의 자유 에지들중 하나의 적어도 일부분상에 비드(bead) 또는 스트립(strip)을 형성하기 위하여 파우더 형태인 성형 재료를 투사하는 것과 동시에 파우더 형태인 성형 재료에 레이저 비임이 입사되게 함으로써, 비드 또는 스트립이 블레이드 본체와 순간적으로 용융되어 블레이드 본체와 밀접한 접합을 형성하게 하는, 성형 재료에 대한 레이저 비임의 입사 단계;(d) 상기 밀접한 접합이 형성된 이후에, 블레이드 본체 및 비드 또는 스트립에 경화 공정(hardening) 및 템퍼링 공정(tempering)을 수행하는 단계로서, 상기 블레이드 본체는 성형 재료의 비드 또는 스트립과 맞춰지는, 경화 공정 및 템퍼링 공정 수행 단계; 및,(e) 예리한 에지를 형성하기 위하여 성형 재료의 비드 또는 스트립에 절삭 에지를 형성하는 단계;를 포함하는 공정에 의해 만들어지는, 블레이드.
- 제5항에 있어서,적어도 하나의 절삭 에지 및 블레이드 본체는 적어도 2 개의 상이한 재료들로 만들어지는, 블레이드.
