Abstract

관절 형태의 자석완구가 개시된다. 자석완구는 일단에 결합홀 및 그 결합홀의 외주면에 요철 형태가 형성되고, 타단에 자석이 내장되는 직사각형 형태의 제1 부재와, 일단에 제1 부재의 결합홀에 삽입될 수 있는 결합 돌기가 형성되고 제1 부재의 결합홀의 외주면과 맞닿아 일정한 힘 이상인 경우에 회전 가능하도록 하는 텐션부가 형성되며, 타단에 자석이 내장되는 직사각형 형태의 제2 부재를 포함한다.

Description

관절형태의 자석완구{Magentic block toy with joint module}
본 고안은 다양한 모양의 자석완구와 결합하여 다양한 모양으로 창작을 하게 함으로써 학습효과와 놀이를 즐길 수 있는 관절형태의 자석완구에 관한 것이다.
종래 조립식 완구의 경우, 몇몇 정형화된 모양의 한계로 인해 창의적인 구조물 형성에 한계가 있다.
본 고안이 해결하고자 하는 기술적 과제는, 창의적인 구조물 형성이 가능하도록 다른 자석완구와 결합가능한 관절 형태의 자석완구를 제공하는 데 있다.
상기의 기술적 과제를 해결하기 위한, 본 고안에 따른 관절 형태의 자석완구의 일 예는, 일단에 결합홀이 형성되고 상기 결합홀의 외주면에 요철 형태가 형성되고, 타단에 자석이 내장되는 직사각형 형태의 제1 부재; 및 일단에 상기 제1 부재의 결합홀에 삽입될 수 있는 결합 돌기가 형성되고 상기 제1 부재의 결합홀의 외주면과 맞닿아 일정한 힘 이상인 경우에 회전 가능하도록 하는 텐션부가 형성되고, 타단에 자석이 내장되는 직사각형 형태의 제2 부재;를 포함한다.
본 고안에 따르면, 관절있는 팔 모양의 구조를 통해 보다 창의적인 학습과 놀이를 제공할 수 있다.
도 1은 본 고안에 따른 자석완구의 내부 구조를 개략적으로 도시한 분해사시도이고,
도 2 및 도 3은 본 고안에 따른 자석완구의 외부 형태의 일 예를 도시한 도면이다.
이하, 첨부된 도면들을 참조하여 본 고안에 따른 자석완구에 대해 상세히 설명한다.
도 1은 본 고안에 따른 자석완구의 내부 구조를 개략적으로 도시한 분해사시도이다. 도 2 및 도 3은 본 고안에 따른 자석완구의 외부 형태의 일 예를 도시한 도면이다. 이하, 도 1 내지 도 3을 함께 참조하여 설명한다.
도 1 내지 도 3을 참조하면, 본 고안에 따른 관절 형태의 자석완구는 관절 형태로 연결되는 두 개의 부재(100a,100b,150a,150b)로 구성된다.
제1 부재(150a,150b)의 일단에는 자석(160)이 삽입되는 격실(170)이 형성되고 타단에는 결합홀(180)과 그 결합홀(180)의 외주면에 요철 형태(182)가 형성된다. 제1 부재(150a,150b)에서 자석(160)이 내장되는 격실(170)은 돌출되어 형성되며, 격실(170)이 형성된 반대 면에는 그 돌출된 격실에 대응되는 홈(175)이 형성된다.
제2 부재(100a,100b)의 일단에는 자석(110)이 삽입되는 격실(120)이 형성되고 타단에는 제1 부재(150a,150b)에 형성된 결합홀(180)에 삽입될 수 있는 결합 돌기(140)가 형성되고 또한 제1 부재의 결합홀(180)의 외주면에 형성된 요출 형태(182)의 오목한 부위에 맞닿아 일정한 힘이 가해진 경우 회전 가능하도록 하는 텐션부(130)가 형성된다. 제2 부재(100a,100b)에서 자석(110)이 내장되는 격실(120)은 돌출되어 형성되며, 격실(120)이 형성된 반대 면에는 그 돌출된 격실에 대응되는 홈(125)이 형성된다.
제1 부재(150a,150b) 및 제2 부재(100a,100b)에서, 격실(170) 반대 면에 형성된 홈(175.125)의 크기 및 모양은 돌출된 격실(170,120)의 크기 및 모양과 동일하게 할 수 있다. 또한 제1 부재(150a,150b) 및 제2 부재(100a,100b)에서, 자석(160,110)이 내장되는 격실(170,120)은 원통형을 포함한 다양한 형태가 될 수 있으며, 특히 원통형의 경우 옆면에 세로로 돌출라인(172)을 포함할 수 있다. 원통형의 격실(170) 옆면에 돌출라인(172)이 포함되는 경우 격실(170)의 반대 면에는 원통형태의 홈과 함께 그 주변에 돌출라인이 삽입될 수 있는 삽입공간(177)이 일정각도마다 형성된다.
제1 부재(150a,150b)와 제2 부재(100a,100b)는 결합홀(180)과 결합돌기(140)로 서로 연결되어 일정 각도 범위에서 회전가능하며, 그 회전시 결합홀(180)의 외주면에 형성된 요철 형태(182)와 텐션부(130)에 의해 일정 이상 힘이 가해진 경우에만 회전될 수 있다. 더구나 자석이 내장된 격실(120,170)이 돌출되어 형성됨으로 인해 그 돌출된 격실(120,170)을 다른 자석완구의 해당 부위에 삽입 결합할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 돌출된 격실(120,170)의 반대 면에 형성된 홈(125,177)을 통해서도 다른 자석완구와 결합되어 다양한 형태의 결합이 가능하다.
이제까지 본 고안에 대하여 그 바람직한 실시예들을 중심으로 살펴보았다. 본 고안이 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자는 본 고안이 본 고안의 본질적인 특성에서 벗어나지 않는 범위에서 변형된 형태로 구현될 수 있음을 이해할 수 있을 것이다. 그러므로 개시된 실시예들은 한정적인 관점이 아니라 설명적인 관점에서 고려되어야 한다. 본 고안의 범위는 전술한 설명이 아니라 실용신안등록청구범위에 나타나 있으며, 그와 동등한 범위 내에 있는 모든 차이점은 본 고안에 포함된 것으로 해석되어야 할 것이다.

    일단에 상기 제1 부재의 결합홀에 삽입될 수 있는 결합 돌기가 형성되고 상기 제1 부재의 결합홀의 외주면과 맞닿아 일정한 힘 이상인 경우에 회전 가능하도록 하는 텐션부가 형성되고, 타단에 자석이 내장되는 직사각형 형태의 제2 부재;를 포함하고,
    상기 제1 부재 및 제2 부재의 각 타단의 한쪽면에는 자석이 내장되는 격실이 돌출되어 형성되고, 다른 면에는 상기 격실 모양의 부재가 삽입될 수 있는 홈이 형성되고,
    상기 제1 부재 및 제2 부재 중 적어도 하나에서, 타단의 한쪽면에는 옆면에 세로로 돌출라인을 포함하는 원통형의 격실이 형성되며 다른 면에는 상기 격실모양에 대응하는 원통형의 홈과 상기 원통형의 돌출라인이 삽입될 수 있는 삽입공간이 일정각도마다 생성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 관절 형태의 자석완구.
