Abstract

중앙의 회전축을 중심으로 두 개의 대칭되는 사각형으로 구성된 경첩형태의 몸체를 가지며, 몸체의 각 사각형의 가장자리에서 일정 높이를 가지고 끝부분이 안쪽에서 바깥쪽으로 휜 결합부를 포함하는 자석완구가 개시된다.

Description

자석완구{Magnetic block toy}
본 고안은 다양한 모양의 자석완구와 결합하여 다양한 모양으로 창작을 하게 함으로써 학습효과와 놀이를 즐길 수 있는 자석완구에 관한 것이다.
종래 조립식 완구의 경우, 몇몇 정형화된 모양의 한계로 인해 창의적인 구조물 형성에 한계가 있다.
본 고안이 해결하고자 하는 기술적 과제는, 자석완구와 결합가능한 경청형태의 자석완구를 이용하여 창의적인 구조물 형성이 가능하도록 하는 자석 완구를 제공하는 데 있다.
상기의 기술적 과제를 해결하기 위한, 본 고안에 따른 자석완구의 일 예는, 중앙의 회전축을 중심으로 두 개의 대칭되는 사각형으로 구성된 경첩형태의 몸체; 및 상기 몸체의 각 사각형의 가장자리에서 일정 높이를 가지며 끝부분이 안쪽에서 바깥쪽으로 휜 결합부;를 포함한다.
본 고안에 따르면, 경첩 형태의 구조를 통해 보다 창의적인 학습과 놀이를 제공할 수 있다.

이하, 첨부된 도면들을 참조하여 본 고안에 따른 자석완구에 대해 상세히 설명한다.
도 1 내지 도 5는 본 고안에 따른 자석완구의 사시도, 정면도, 좌측면도, 평면도 및 저면도를 각각 도시한 도면이다.
도 1 내지 도 5를 참조하면, 본 고안에 따른 자석완구는 경첩형태의 몸체와 상기 몸체의 각 사각형 부분(110,102)에 다른 자석완구를 결합할 수 있는 결합부(120,122)를 포함한다.
몸체는 두 개의 대칭되는 사각형(100,102)이 중앙의 회전축(110)을 통해 연결된 경첩 형태의 구조이다. 회전축(110)을 통해 두 개의 사각형(100,102)은 일정각도의 범위 내에서 회전한다.
결합부(120,122)는 몸체의 각 사각형(100,102)의 가장자리에서 일정 높이를 가지며 끝부분이 안쪽에서 바깥쪽으로 약간 휜 구조이다. 이 휜 구조를 통해 도 6에 도시된 바와 같이 사각틀 형태의 다른 자석완구의 내부 틀의 둥근 모서리에 용이하게 결합 가능하다.
본 고안에 따른 자석완구는 도 6과 같이 두 개의 사각틀 형태의 자석완구와 결합한다. 이때 사각틀 형태의 다른 자석완구와 결합된 상태에서 회전축을 중심으로 일정 범위 내 회전이 가능하도록 결합부(120,122)는 회전축(110)이 존재하는 평면으로부터 일정 높이 이격된 높이에서 사각틀 형태의 자석완구와 결합되는 것이 바람직하다.
예를 들어, 대칭되는 두 사각형(100,102)을 연결하는 몸체의 회전축(110)은 두 개의 사각형(100,102)이 펼쳐진 상태, 즉 회전축(110)을 기준으로 두 사각형(100,102) 사이의 각이 180도일때 두 사각형의 일측 표면과 동일 평면에 위치한다. 또한 각 사각형의 가장자리에 형성된 결합부(120,122)는 회전축과 동일 평면에 위치한 각 사각형(100,102)의 한쪽 표면으로부터 일정 높이 이격된 위치에 형성되며 이때 이격되는 일정 높이는 결합부(120,122)를 통해 결합되는 사각틀 형태의 자석완구의 사각틀 너비에 상응한다.
이제까지 본 고안에 대하여 그 바람직한 실시예들을 중심으로 살펴보았다. 본 고안이 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자는 본 고안의 본질적인 특성에서 벗어나지 않는 범위에서 변형된 형태로 구현될 수 있음을 이해할 수 있을 것이다. 그러므로 개시된 실시예들은 한정적인 관점이 아니라 설명적인 관점에서 고려되어야 한다. 본 고안의 범위는 전술한 설명이 아니라 특허청구범위에 나타나 있으며, 그와 동등한 범위 내에 있는 모든 차이점은 본 고안에 포함된 것으로 해석되어야 할 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 중앙의 회전축을 중심으로 두 개의 대칭되는 사각형으로 구성된 경첩형태의 몸체; 및
    사각틀 형태의 다른 자석완구의 사각틀에 결합될 수 있도록, 상기 몸체의 각 사각형의 가장자리에서 일정 높이를 가지는 결합부;를 포함하고,
    상기 회전축은 상기 두 개의 대칭되는 사각형의 각 면이 서로 교차하는 지점에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자석완구.
