Claims (10)
- 엑셀러레이터 조작개시로부터 소정기간은 상기 엑셀러레이터 조작에 대응하는 스로틀 개방도보다도 작은 스로틀 개방도로 하는 스로틀 개방도 적정제어가 실행되는 차량에 있어서, 해방측 마찰걸어맞춤장치(CO)의 걸어맞춤압을 저하시킴으로써 다운변속을 실행하는 차량용 자동변속기의 다운변속제어장치에 있어서,상기 다운변속하여야 하는지의 여부를 판단하는 다운변속 판단수단(106)과;상기 스로틀 개방도 적정제어가 종료하였는지의 여부를 판정하는 제어종료 판정수단(104)과;상기 다운변속 판단수단(106)에 의하여 상기 다운변속 판단이 행하여졌다고 판정되었을 때, 상기 제어종료 판정수단(l04)에 의하여 상기 스로틀 개방도 적정제어의 종료가 판정될 때까지, 상기 해방측 마찰걸어맞춤장치(CO)의 걸어맞춤압의 저하를 억제하는 유압제어수단(110)인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 자동변속기의 다운변속제어장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 유압제어수단(110)은, 상기 해방측 마찰걸어맞춤장치(CO)의 걸어맞춤압의 저하개시를 지연시킴으로써, 상기 해방측 마찰걸어맞춤장치(CO)의 걸어맞춤압의 저하를 억제하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 자동변속기의 다운변속제어장치
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 해방측 마찰걸어맞춤장치(CO)의 걸어맞춤압은 리니어 솔레노이드밸브의 출력압에 의하여 직접 제어되는 것이고,상기 유압제어수단(110)은, 상기 제어종료 판정수단(104)에 의하여 상기 스로틀 개방도 적정제어의 종료가 판정되면, 상기 리니어 솔레노이드밸브를 제어하는 신호를, 상기 해방측 마찰걸어맞춤장치(CO) 내의 작동오일을 급배출시키는 쪽으로 일시적으로 변화시키고, 그 후 상기 해방측 마찰걸어맞춤장치(CO) 내의 작동오일을 완만하게 배출시키도록 변화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 자동변속기의 다운변속제어장치.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 다운변속시에 저하되는 상기 해방측 유압식 마찰걸어맞춤장치(CO)의 걸어맞춤압은, 상기 자동변속기의 입력 토오크에 따라 설정됨과 동시에, 엔진회전속도의 변화 또는 출력축 토오크변화에 따라 보정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 자동변속기의 다운변속제어장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 유압제어수단(110)은, 상기 해방측 마찰걸어맞춤장치(CO)의 걸어맞춤압을, 미리 설정된 그 최대치보다도 낮고 또한 그 해방을 개시시키지 않는 압으로 유지함으로써, 상기 해방측 마찰걸어맞춤장치(CO)의 걸어맞춤압의 저하를 억제하는것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 자동변속기의 다운변속제어장치.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항, 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 다운변속 판단수단(106)은, 엑셀러레이터 페달이 밟혀졌을 때에, 상기 해방측 마찰걸어맞춤장치(CO)에 의한 다운변속을 하여야 한다고 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 자동변속기의 다운변속제어장치.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항, 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 다운변속은, 해방측 마찰걸어맞춤장치(CO)의 걸어맞춤압을 저하시킴과 동시에 걸어맞춤측 마찰걸어맞춤장치(B1)의 걸어맞춤압을 상승시킴으로써, 다운변속을 실행하는 클러치 독립제어 다운변속인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 자동변속기의 다운변속제어장치.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항, 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제어종료 판정수단(104)은, 엑셀러레이터 페달의 밟음조작으로부터의 경과시간이 소정시간을 초과하였을 때에, 상기 스로틀 개방도 적정제어가 종료하였다고 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 자동변속기의 다운변속제어장치.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항, 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,제어종료 판정수단(104)은, 실제의 스로틀 개방도가, 상기 엑셀러레이터 조작에 대응하는 스로틀 개방도에 도달한 경우에, 상기 스로틀 개방도 적정제어가 종료하였다고 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 자동변속기의 다운변속제어장치.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항, 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 유압제어수단(110)은, 상기 다운변속하여야 한다고 판단된 경우에, 상기스로틀 개방도 적정제어가 종료한 후에, 상기 해방측 마찰걸어맞춤장치(CO)의 걸어맞춤압을 라인압 이하로 저하시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 자동변속기의 다운변속제어장치.
