그리고 엠보무늬를 투명재로 메꿈처리하여 표면은 매끄럽지만 금속질감 처리층의 펄, 금속 파우더의 난반사 효과에 의해 시각적인 엠보 입체감을 부여하였으며, 그 다음 상부에 인쇄무늬를 부여함에 있어 먼저 부분적으로 고은폐 잉크를 사용하여 엠보무늬 및 금속질감을 차폐시키고 그 위에 인쇄를 함으로써 인쇄된 부분의 인쇄무늬와 비인쇄부분의 시각적인 엠보 입체감과 금속질감을 동시에 느낄 수 있도록 표현하였다. 이렇게 함으로써 금속질감이 부여된 입체엠보와 인쇄무늬를 조화시켜 개성있고 다양한 입체 외관 창출로 고객의 욕구를 충족시킬 수 있다.The embossed pattern is made of transparent material, and the surface is smooth, but the embossed appearance is visualized by the diffuse reflection effect of pearl and metal powder on the metal-treated layer.
