- CSL, 사과, 배, 당근 등의 박, 포도 껍질, 옥수수 분말, 대두 분말, 미강, 배강 등의 겨, 감자 분말, 밤껍질분말, 미곡류 분말, 해조류 분말 등 식품산업 폐기물에 5-10 배수의 물을 가하고 10-3시간 가열 추출 여과하여 각각의 추출액을 얻는 것을 특징으로하는 표고, 잎새, 희송이, 상황등 약용, 식용 버섯류를 배양하기 위한 균사체 배양용 배지의 제조방법
- CSL, 사과, 배, 당근 등의 박, 포도 껍질, 옥수수 분말, 대두 분말, 미강, 감자 분말, 밤겁질분말, 미곡류 분말, 해조류 분말 등에 5-10 배수의 물을 가하고 10-3시간 가열 추출 여과하여 얻은 각각의 추출 액 균사체배양용 추출물 배지를 단독으로 또는 2개 이상 혼합하여 pH3-8로 조정하여 15-35℃에서 5-200일간 균사체를 고체 또는 액체 배양하는 균사체의 배양방법
- 제1항 및 제2항에 있어서, 균사체 배양용 배지를 단독 혹은 2가지이상을 조합하고 여기에 솔잎엑기스, 설탕, 포도당, 맥아 엑기스, 펩톤, 분리대두 단백(ISP), 글리세롤, 효모엑기스, 카제인, 공지의 황산염 및 염화물 등 무기 영양 성분 등을 1가지 이상 첨가한 균사체 배양용 배지를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 균사체의 배양방법
- 제2항 및 제3항의 방법으로 얻은 균사체 배양물에 물, 알코올 수용액을 1-4:9-6의 비율로 혼합하고 추출, 농축하여 균사체 엑기스를 제조하는 방법.
- 제2항 및 제3항의 방법으로 얻은 균사체 배양물에서 균사체를 여과 회수하고 건조, 분말화하여 얻는 균사체 분말의 제조방법
- 제2항, 제3항 및 제5항에 있어서, 균사체 배양물에서 균사체를 여과하고 여과액을 농축하여 균사배양 농축액을 제조하는 방법
- 제2항, 제3항에 있어서의 액체 배양액을 그대로 노보자임 234(Novo 사)등의 가수분해효소로 처리 가수분해하고 이를 농축하여 균사 배양 농축액을 제조하는 방법
- 제4항 내지 제7항에서 얻은 분말, 엑기스를 0.05-5 중량%의 양으로 첨가하여 제조하는 버섯류 균사체를 함유하는 쿠키, 비스킷, 껌, 캔디, 음료등의 제조방법
- 제4항 내지 제7항에서 얻은 분말 및 엑기스를 0.1-60 중량%의 양으로 첨가하여 제조하는 버섯류 균사체를 함유하는 기능성 캡슐, 과립, 정제등 기능성 식품 및 원료의 제조방법.
