Claims (10)
- 표시 영역 및 비표시 영역을 포함하는 기판;
상기 표시 영역에 배치된 발광 다이오드;
채널, 상기 채널의 상부에 배치된 상부 전극 및 상기 채널의 하부에 배치된 하부 전극을 포함하는 트랜지스터;
상기 비표시 영역에 배치된 전압 라인; 및
상기 표시 영역에 배치된 제1 구동 전압 라인을 포함하되,
상기 채널이 상기 상부 전극과 상기 하부 전극 사이에 배치되어 평면에서 볼 때 상기 트랜지스터의 상기 하부 전극은 상기 트랜지스터의 상부 전극에 중첩하고, 상기 하부 전극은 상기 비표시 영역에 배치된 컨택홀을 통해 상기 전압 라인과 전기적으로 연결되고,
상기 제1 구동 전압 라인은 상기 표시 영역에서 상기 하부 전극과 중첩하는 표시 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 하부 전극은 상기 기판과 상기 트랜지스터의 상기 채널을 포함하는 액티브 패턴과 중첩하는 표시 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
제1 방향으로 연장하는 신호 라인을 더 포함하고, 상기 트랜지스터의 상기 상부 전극은 상기 신호 라인과 전기적으로 연결되는 표시 장치. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 방향과 다른 제2 방향으로 연장된 데이터 라인을 더 포함하는 표시 장치. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 전압 라인은 상기 표시 영역에서 연장된 표시 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 전압 라인과 전기적으로 연결된 구동 전압 라인을 더 포함하는 표시 장치. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 구동 전압 라인은 비표시 영역에서 연장된 표시 장치. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 구동 전압 라인은 상기 트랜지스터의 상기 하부 전극과 전기적으로 연결된 표시 장치. - 기판;
상기 기판 상에 배치된 화소;
제1 방향으로 연장하며, 상기 화소에 연결된 신호 라인; 및
상기 제1 방향과 교차하는 제2 방향으로 연장하며, 상기 화소에 연결된 데이터 라인을 포함하고,
상기 화소는,
상기 기판의 화소 영역에 배치된 발광 다이오드; 및
채널, 상기 채널의 상부에 배치된 상부 전극 및 상기 상부 전극과 중첩하여 상기 채널의 하부에 배치된 하부 전극을 포함하는 트랜지스터를 포함하고,
상기 채널은 상기 상부 전극과 상기 하부 전극 사이에 배치되고,
상기 상부 전극 및 상기 하부 전극은 컨택홀을 통해 상기 신호 라인과 전기적으로 연결되고, 상기 신호 라인을 통해 전송되는 신호를 수신하며,
상기 컨택홀은 상기 화소 영역의 외부에 배치되는 표시 장치. - 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 신호 라인은 하이 전압과 로우 전압 사이를 스윙하는 신호를 전달하는 표시 장치.
