Claims (12)
- 제1 위치와 제2 위치에서 전환되는 전환 밸브와,
상기 전환 밸브의 상기 제1 위치에 있어서 연통하는 제1 유로와,
상기 전환 밸브를 상기 제1 위치를 향해 가압하는 가압 부재와,
파일럿 유체의 공급 압력의 작용 하에, 상기 전환 밸브를 상기 제2 위치를 향해 가압하는 구동 기구와,
상기 구동 기구에 상기 파일럿 유체를 인도하는 파일럿 유로와,
상기 전환 밸브의 전환 타이밍을 지연시키는 지연 기구
를 포함하며, 상기 지연 기구는,
상기 파일럿 유로 상에 설치된 지연용 쓰로틀 밸브와,
상기 파일럿 유체의 공급 압력의 작용 하에, 상기 전환 밸브를 상기 구동 기구에 앞서 상기 제1 위치를 향해 가압하는 보상 기구를 가지며,
상기 보상 기구는, 상기 파일럿 유로로부터 분기된 보상 유로를 통해 유입되는 상기 파일럿 유체의 일부에 의해 구동되고, 상기 파일럿 유체의 공급 압력의 변동에 따라 상기 구동 기구가 상기 전환 밸브를 변위시킬 때의 가압력을 보상하며,
상기 파일럿 유로는, 상기 제1 유로에 접속되지 않고, 상기 전환 밸브의 동작 상태에 의한 압력 변동을 받지 않는 부분에 접속되어 있는, 타임 딜레이 밸브. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제1 유로와, 상기 파일럿 유로에 접속되고, 상기 제1 유로와 상기 파일럿 유로에 유체 공급원 또는 유체 배출부를 접속하는 동작 전환 밸브를 더 가지며,
상기 파일럿 유로는 상기 동작 전환 밸브의 상기 제1 유로가 접속되는 포트와 다른 포트에 접속되는, 타임 딜레이 밸브. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 보상 기구는, 상기 파일럿 유체의 공급 압력의 작용 하에, 상기 구동 기구와 반대의 가압력을 발생시키는 피스톤 기구를 가지고 있는, 타임 딜레이 밸브. - 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 보상 기구에는, 상기 지연용 쓰로틀 밸브의 상류측에서 상기 파일럿 유로로부터 분기한 보상 유로를 통해서 상기 파일럿 유체가 공급되는, 타임 딜레이 밸브. - 청구항 1 내지 4 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 전환 밸브의 상기 제2 위치에 있어서 연통하는 제2 유로와,
상기 제1 유로 및 상기 제2 유로의 적어도 한쪽에 설치된 제1 쓰로틀 밸브
를 가지는, 타임 딜레이 밸브. - 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 구동 기구와 반대의 가압력을 발생시키는 복귀 기구와,
상기 제1 유로 또는 상기 제2 유로로부터 분기되어 상기 복귀 기구에 접속된 복귀 유로를 더 포함하는, 타임 딜레이 밸브. - 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 전환 밸브는, 스풀과, 상기 스풀이 슬라이딩하는 슬리브를 가지며,
상기 구동 기구는, 상기 스풀의 일단에 설치된 구동 피스톤실과, 상기 구동 피스톤실을 제1 공실과 제2 공실로 나누는 구동 피스톤을 가지며,
상기 구동 피스톤은, 상기 제1 공실 측에, 상기 파일럿 유체의 공급 압력을 받아 상기 제2 위치를 향한 가압력을 발생시키는 제1 수압면을 가지는, 타임 딜레이 밸브. - 청구항 7에 있어서,
상기 구동 피스톤은 상기 스풀과 일체로 형성되고,
상기 보상 기구는 상기 구동 피스톤에 있어서 상기 제2 공실에 면하고, 상기 제1 수압면과 대향하는 제2 수압면을 가지는, 타임 딜레이 밸브. - 청구항 8에 있어서,
상기 제2 수압면의 면적은 상기 제1 수압면의 면적보다 작은, 타임 딜레이 밸브. - 청구항 9에 있어서,
상기 복귀 기구는, 상기 스풀의 타단에 형성된 복귀 피스톤과, 상기 복귀 피스톤을 수용하는 복귀 피스톤실을 가지는, 타임 딜레이 밸브. - 청구항 10에 있어서,
상기 가압 부재는 상기 복귀 피스톤실에 배치되어 있는, 타임 딜레이 밸브. - 유체압 실린더의 일측의 포트에 유체를 공급 및 배출하는 제1 공급배출 유로와,
상기 유체압 실린더의 타측의 포트에 유체를 공급 및 배출하는 제2 공급배출 유로와,
상기 제1 공급배출 유로 및 상기 제2 공급배출 유로에 제어 대상 유체를 공급하는 유체 공급원 및 유체를 배출하는 유체 배출부를 전환하여 접속하는 동작 전환 밸브와,
상기 제1 공급배출 유로 및 상기 제2 공급배출 유로의 경로 상에 각각 설치된 타임 딜레이 밸브를 구비하는 유량 컨트롤러로서,
상기 타임 딜레이 밸브는, 제1 위치와 제2 위치에서 전환되는 전환 밸브와, 상기 전환 밸브를 상기 제1 위치를 향해 가압하는 가압 부재와, 파일럿 유체의 공급 압력의 작용 하에, 상기 전환 밸브를 상기 제2 위치를 향해 가압하는 구동 기구와, 상기 구동 기구에 상기 파일럿 유체를 인도하는 파일럿 유로와, 상기 전환 밸브의 전환 타이밍을 지연시키는 지연 기구를 포함하며,
상기 지연 기구는, 상기 파일럿 유로 상에 설치된 제1 쓰로틀 밸브와, 상기 파일럿 유체의 공급 압력의 작용 하에, 상기 전환 밸브를 상기 구동기구에 앞서 상기 제1 위치를 향해 가압하는 보상 기구를 가지며,
상기 보상 기구는, 상기 파일럿 유로로부터 분기된 보상 유로를 통해 유입되는 상기 파일럿 유체의 일부에 의해 구동되고, 상기 파일럿 유체의 공급 압력의 변동에 따라 상기 구동 기구가 상기 전환 밸브를 변위시킬 때의 가압력을 보상하며,
상기 제1 공급배출 유로의 상기 타임 딜레이 밸브의 상기 파일럿 유로는 상기 제2 공급배출 유로에 접속되고, 상기 제2 공급배출 유로의 상기 타임 딜레이 밸브의 상기 파일럿 유로는 상기 제1 공급배출 유로에 접속되어 있는, 유량 컨트롤러.
