Description
도 2a는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 세포 배양기의 수직(높이) 구배에 따른 세포(세포-마이크로캐리어 복합체) 및 영양성분의 분포를 도시한 것이다.
도 2b는 본 발명의 비교예에 따른 2차원 세포배양 접시의 수직(높이) 구배에 따른 세포 및 영양성분의 분포를 도시한 것이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 4차원 세포배양의 개략도를 도시한 것이다.

Claims (6)
- 세포 배양 챔버;
상기 챔버 내에 수용되는 세포 배양액; 및
상기 세포 배양액 내에 부유하며 세포가 성장되는 표면을 제공하는 마이크로캐리어를 포함하며,
상기 세포 배양액은 상기 세포 배양 챔버 하부로 유입되어 상기 세포 배양 챔버 상부로 유출되고,
상기 세포 배양 챔버는 시간(time)이 경과함에 따라 지속적인 성장을 가능하게 하는 시공간(space-time)을 모두 활용하는 4차원 세포배양(4-dimensional cell culture)을 제공하고,
상기 4차원 세포배양은 상기 세포 배양 챔버에서의 높이 구배에 따라 상기 마이크로캐리어 표면에 세포가 부착된 세포-마이크로캐리어 복합체와 상기 세포 배양액 내 영양성분의 분포 경향이 동일한 것인

- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 마이크로캐리어는 상기 세포 배양액 보다 비중이 낮은 것을 특징으로 하는
마이크로캐리어 기반 세포 배양기.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 마이크로캐리어는 표면에서 세포가 증식됨에 따라 상기 세포 배양 챔버의 하단으로 침강하는 것을 특징으로 하는
마이크로캐리어 기반 세포 배양기.
- 세포 배양 챔버 하부에서 세포 배양액을 유입되며 상기 세포 배양액이 상기 세포 배양 챔버 상부로 유출되는 세포 반응기를 제공 단계;
상기 세포 배양 챔버 내에 수용되는 세포 배양액 상에 마이크로캐리어와 성장 대상 세포를 투입하는 세포 투입 단계;
상기 마이크로캐리어 표면상에 상기 성장 대상 세포가 부착된 세포-마이크로캐리어 복합체의 상기 세포 배양 챔버 내에서의 위치분포 변화를 확인하는 세포 증식 관찰 단계; 및
상기 세포-마이크로캐리어 복합체의 비중을 산출하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 세포 배양 챔버는 시간(time)이 경과함에 따라 지속적인 성장을 가능하게 하는 시공간(space-time)을 모두 활용하는 4차원 세포배양(4-dimensional cell culture)을 제공하고,
상기 4차원 세포배양은 상기 세포 배양 챔버에서의 높이 구배에 따라 상기 세포-마이크로캐리어 복합체와 상기 세포 배양액 내 영양성분의 분포 경향이 동일한 것인
