도 2는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 배관 연결 위치 결정이 용이한 배관 피팅장치의 분해 사시도이다.

Claims (6)
- 양측으로 삽입된 제1배관과 제2배관을 감싸고, 환형 수용홈이 내주면의 중간지점에 형성된 피팅바디;
상기 피팅바디의 양측에 회전가능하게 결합되고 상기 제1배관 및 상기 제2배관을 각각 감싸는 한 쌍의 고정너트;
상기 수용홈에 장착되고 상기 피팅바디 내측으로 일부분이 돌출되어 상기 제1배관과 제2배관이 상기 피팅바디 내부로 삽입시 걸림에 의해 상기 제1배관과 제2배관의 삽입위치를 지정되게 하는 고무재질인 오링;이 포함되는 구성으로서,
상기 수용홈은,
입구측은 상기 오링의 두께보다 폭이 작도록 구성되어 상기 오링의 이탈이 방지되되 확장되는 상기 오링이 모두 수용될 수 있는 깊이를 가지도록 형성되어, 상기 제1배관과 제2배관의 관통시 상기 오링과 마찰이 최소화되어 용이하게 관통되고,
상기 피팅바디와 상기 고정너트의 외주면에는,
상기 제1배관과 제2배관의 삽입 또는 고정작업에 따라 접착 및 탈락되어, 상기 피팅바디와 상기 고정너트의 적정간격이 조절되고 유지되는 점착 테이프가 테이핑된 배관 연결 위치 결정이 용이한 배관 피팅장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 피팅바디는,
양단부 내측에 테이퍼진 경사면이 각각 형성되어 상기 피팅바디와 상기 제1배관 및 상기 피팅바디와 상기 제2배관 사이에 틈새가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 배관 연결 위치 결정이 용이한 배관 피팅장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 고정너트에는,
상기 고정너트의 내부에 각각 구비되는 안착부와, 상기 안착부에 연결되고 내측에 굽힘홈이 형성되고 단부가 상기 피팅바디의 경사진 틈새에 위치하여 상기 고정너트를 조임시 상기 틈새로 진입하게 되어 하향 굽힙되는 굽힘부와, 상기 굽힘부의 단부 내측에 형성되어 상기 제1,2배관을 가압 가능하게 하여 실링하는 가압부 및 상기 굽힘부의 단부에 돌출 형성되어 상기 가압부를 보호하는 보호부로 구성되는 가압패킹이 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 배관 연결 위치 결정이 용이한 배관 피팅장치. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 고정너트에는,
내부에 상기 제1,2배관에 각각 밀착 고정되어 상기 고정너트의 이동을 방지하게 하며, 상기 가압패킹의 안착부에 밀착되어 상기 가압패킹의 밀림을 방지하는 고정너트패킹이 더 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배관 연결 위치 결정이 용이한 배관 피팅장치. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 피팅바디에는,
내부에 각각 설치되어 상기 제1배관과 제2배관에 각각 밀착되며 상기 가압패킹이 상기 틈새로 진입시 상기 보호부와 밀착되는 피팅바디패킹이 더 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배관 연결 위치 결정이 용이한 배관 피팅장치. - 삭제
