Description
Claims (11)
- 연속 공정으로 반응 구역에서 하이드록실암모늄을 제조하는 방법으로서,
상기 방법이
I) 암모니아를 연소시켜 NO, NO2 및 물을 형성하는 단계;
II) 단계 I)로부터의 NO, NO2 및 물을 NO, NO2 흡수 구역으로 도입하여 질산을 형성하고, 상기 질산을 반응 구역에서 수소에 의해 환원시켜, 하이드록실암모늄을 형성하는 단계; 및
III) 0.1 ppm 미만의 Mo을 포함하는 질산을 상기 반응 구역에 직접 도입하고, 상기 질산을 수소에 의해 환원시켜, 수성 하이드록실암모늄을 형성하는 단계
를 포함하거나, 또는
상기 방법이
III) 0.1 ppm 미만의 Mo을 포함하는 질산을 상기 반응 구역에 직접 도입하고, 상기 질산을 수소에 의해 환원시켜, 수성 하이드록실암모늄을 형성하는 단계
를 포함하고,
이때,
단계 III)에서 도입된 질산을 강(steel)을 포함하는 용기 및 파이프에 운반, 저장 및 전달하고;
단계 II) 및 III)에서 질산을 수소에 의해 환원시켜 하이드록실암모늄을 형성하는 반응을 용기에서 수행하되 상기 용기 및 연결 파이프의 벽이 강을 포함하고,
상기 강은 0 내지 0.08 wt%의 C 및 0 내지 0.03 wt%의 Mo을 포함하는, 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 강이 0 내지 0.03 wt%의 C를 포함하는, 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 강이, 하기로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 강으로 이루어진, 방법:
0 내지 0.08 wt% C, 0 내지 2.0 wt% Mn, 0 내지 2.0 wt% Si, 0 내지 0.045 wt% P, 0 내지 0.03 wt% S, 17 내지 21 wt% Cr, 0 내지 0.03 wt% Mo, 8.0 내지 13 wt% Ni를 포함하는, 급랭 어닐링된(quench annealed) 강 A;
0 내지 0.03 wt% C, 0 내지 2.0 wt% Mn, 0 내지 1.0 wt% Si, 0 내지 0.045 wt% P, 0 내지 0.03 wt% S, 17 내지 21 wt% Cr, 0 내지 0.03 wt% Mo, 8.0 내지 13.0 wt% Ni를 포함하는, 저탄소강 B;
0 내지 0.08 wt% C, 0 내지 2.0 wt% Mn, 0 내지 2.0 wt% Si, 0 내지 0.045 wt% P, 0 내지 0.04 wt% S, 17 내지 21 wt% Cr, 0 내지 0.03 wt% Mo, 9.0 내지 13.0 wt% Ni, 및 Ti(최소, 탄소량의 5 배 내지 최대 0.8 wt%) 또는 Nb + Ta (최소, 탄소량의 8 배 내지 최대 1.1 wt%)를 포함하는, 안정화된 강 C. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
