(S-8) 무용제 에폭시 라이닝 조성물을 분사하는 단계;를 포함하고,
상기 무용제 에폭시 라이닝 조성물은:
비스페놀 A의 디글리시딜 에테르 25 ~ 35 중량%, 희석제 3 ~ 15 중량%, 소포제 0.1 ~ 0.5 중량%, 표면장력 저하제 0.5 ~ 1 중량%, 습윤분산제 0.3 ~ 0.5 중량%, 탄산칼슘(Calcium Carbonate) 40 ~ 60 중량%, 색상페이스트 10 ~ 20 중량%를 함유하는 주제 조성물(A); 및
폴리옥시프로필렌디아민 30 ~ 45 중량%, Mannich 경화제 20 ~ 35 중량%, 경화촉진제 4 ~ 10 중량%, 도데실페놀 30 ~ 40 중량%를 함유하는 경화 조성물(B);을 포함하고,
상기 주제 조성물(A) 및 경화 조성물(B)의 중량비는 4:1 내지 6:1 인 것을 특징으로 하며,
상기 에폭시 프라이머 조성물은:
비스페놀 A의 디글리시딜 에테르 혼합물 70 ~ 80 중량%, 희석제 13 ~ 23 중량%, 소포제 0.2 ~ 1 중량%, 표면장력 저하제 0.1 ~ 1 중량%, 색상 페이스트 3 ~ 7 중량%를 함유하는 주제 조성물(A'); 및
폴리아마이드 수지 50 ~ 60 중량%, 비스페놀 A의 디글리시딜 에테르 혼합물 6 ~ 10 중량%, 경화촉진제 2 ~ 5 중량%, 희석재 30 ~ 40 중량%를 함유하는 경화 조성물(B')를 포함하고,
상기 주제 조성물(A') 및 경화 조성물(B')의 중량비는 2:1 내지 4:1 인 것을 특징으로 하며,
상기 표면장력 저하제는 폴리에테르 변성 폴리메틸알킬실록산 용액, 비이온성 실록산 공중합체(Non-ionic, siloxane copolymer) 또는 이들의 혼합물이고,
상기 (S-3) 단계에서 상기 에폭시 프라이머 조성물의 도막은 30 ~ 50 μm,
