Claims (16)
- Fe계 합금으로 이루어진 자성층을 하나 이상 포함하는 자성체 시트에 있어서,
상기 자성층은 두께 방향으로 서로 대향하는 제1 표면 영역과 제2 표면 영역, 그리고 이들 사이에 위치하는 내부 영역을 포함하며,
상기 제1 표면 영역은 상기 제2 표면 영역 및 상기 내부 영역보다 결정립의 평균 크기가 더 크며, 상기 내부 영역은 상기 제2 표면 영역보다 결정립의 평균 크기가 더 큰 자성체 시트.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 및 제2 표면 영역과 상기 내부 영역은 결정화도가 서로 다른 자성체 시트.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 내부 영역은 상기 제2 표면 영역보다 결정화도가 높은 자성체 시트.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 제1 표면 영역은 상기 내부 영역보다 결정화도가 높은 자성체 시트.
