상기 나트륨 전이금속 피로인산염은 삼사정계(Triclinic phase)인 이차전지용 양극활물질. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 나트륨 전이금속 피로인산염은 P-1 공간군(space group)인 이차전지용 양극활물질. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 나트륨 전이금속 피로인산염은 화학식 1에서, (y1 * a) + (y2 * b) = 4.88을 만족하는 이차전지용 양극활물질. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 M1 및 M2는 서로 독립적으로, Co, Ni, Fe, Mn, V, Cu, Ti, Al, Cr, Mo 및 Nb에서 하나 또는 둘 이상 선택된 원소인 이차전지용 양극활물질. - 제 5항에 있어서,
상기 A는 Li, Na, Mg 및 Ca에서 하나 또는 둘 이상 선택된 원소인 이차전지용 양극활물질. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 나트륨 전이금속 피로인산염은 적어도 철(Fe), 망간(Mn) 또는 철과 망간을 함유하는 이차전지용 양극활물질. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 양극활물질은 1.7V/4.0V 및 0.05C의 충방전 조건에서 80mAh/g 이상의 용량을 갖는 이차전지용 양극활물질. - 제 1항 내지 제 8항에서 선택된 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 양극활물질은 나트륨 이차전지용인 이차전지용 양극활물질. - 제 1항 내지 제 8항에서 선택된 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 양극활물질은 탄소를 더 함유하는 이차전지용 양극활물질. - 제 1항 내지 제 8항에서 선택된 어느 한 항에 따른 양극활물질을 포함하는 나트륨 이차전지.
