Claims (9)
- 내한성 및 내열성 전선용 조성물로,
상기 내한성 및 내열성 전선용 조성물은 전선용 조성물 전체 중량에 대하여 기재 수지로써 70% 비닐아세테이트 함유 에틸렌비닐아세테이트 19 내지 22 중량%,
에틸렌비닐아세테이트 기반 개질제 2 내지 5 중량%, 45% 비닐아세테이트 함유 에틸렌비닐아세테이트 6 내지 9 중량%, 난연제 48 내지 51 중량%, 가소제로서 디에틸헥실아디페이트 11 내지 13 중량%, 안정제 0.5 내지 2.5 중량%, 산화방지제 0.5 내지 2.5 중량%, 가공조제 0.5 내지 1.5 중량%, 가교제 1.5 내지 2.5 중량%, 가교조제 0.5 내지 1.5 중량%를 포함하는 것인 내한성 및 내열성 전선용 조성물. - 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 난연제는 마그네슘 디히드록시드, 알루미늄 디에틸포스피네이트, 알루미늄 트리하이드록사이드 또는 멜라민 시아누레이트로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 어느 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 내한성 및 내열성 전선용 조성물.

- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 안정제는 징크옥사이드인 것을 특징으로 하는 내한성 및 내열성 전선용 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 산화방지제는 티오디에틸렌 비스[3-, 3,5- 디-tert-부틸-4-히드록시페닐 프로피오네이트], 4,4'- 비스 (알파, 알파- 디메틸벤질) 디페닐아민, 모노옥틸 및 디옥틸 디페닐아민으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 어느 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 내한성 및 내열성 전선용 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 가공조제는 지방산 칼슘염인 것을 특징으로 하는 내한성 및 내열성 전선용 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 가교제는 트리알릴이소시아누레이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 내한성 및 내열성 전선용 조성물.
