Description

TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to compositions for preventing and improving ruminant diarrhea,

The present invention relates to a composition for preventing and improving ruminant diarrhea, and more particularly, to a composition for preventing and improving ruminant diarrhea, which can prevent and improve ruminant diarrhea using natural ingredients and a probiotic agent.

Ruminants belong to the mammalian reptile, including cattle, sheep, deer, camels, and giraffes. A common ruminant has four stomachs, the four stomachs have a large first stomach (rumen), a second stomach with a honeycomb-like wall (reticulum), and a mucous membrane with wrinkles , And the fourth stomach (abomasum) where the third stomach (osumum) and the gastric glands are distributed.

Among these ruminants, diarrhea is accompanied by diarrhea due to various causes, diarrhea is diarrhea of calf and diarrhea (Johne's disease), and cattle diarrhea.

Calf diarrhea is a major cause of calf death, especially diarrhea in newborn calves, which is one of the largest catastrophic losses to livestock farmers. In the United States, calf diarrhea is known to cost more than 12 to 24 trillion won a year.

The causes of newborn calf diarrhea are complex and involve a variety of infectious, nutritional, immunological and environmental factors. Calf diarrhea is a clinical syndrome involving the interactions of three factors, including pathogenic microorganisms, breeding environment, and microbes, and various causes. Above all, young calves are known to be highly susceptible to various pathogens. Within 6 months of age, calves are infected with pathogens from various environments and axes, resulting in a variety of diseases caused by these pathogens.

Bovine viral diarrheavirus (BVD), bovine rotavirus (BRV), and bovine coronavirus (BCV) are the most common viral pathogens in the calf, and E. coli, Salmonella spp. , Clostridium spp., And Campylobacter. The parasites include Eimeria spp., Isosporaspp., Cryptosporidium spp. Are known.

The detection rate of rotavirus as a diarrheal cause of newborn calves is 69.2%, which is significantly higher than that of 14.7% of hostile E. coli. In the diarrheal age, 41.7% of the adult rotaviruses were detected before 7 days and 48.1% of the rotaviruses were detected at 8 to 14 days of age, and 90% of them were detected within 2 weeks of birth.

E. coli was detected in 34.8% before 7 days, 26.1% in 8-14 days and 34.8% in 22 days and older. The detection rate of E. coli and rotavirus in E. coli was 34.8% Within 5 days, diarrhea is shown as 62% and 10%, respectively. There are many ways to treat calf diarrhea. However, drugs currently on the market have a temporary effect. If the treatment is stopped, the pathogens may become latent and recur or become chronic, The time-resistant problem can be serious.

Recently, large-sized Hanwoo and cow breeding have increased calf diarrhea caused by pathogenic bacteria such as Salmonella, and the use of the drug is also increasing. Although the use of chemical drugs has a temporary effect on infectious diseases, there is a problem of reinfection when the medication is stopped, and the production of safe livestock products due to the residual of drugs as well as the increase in the number of resistant bacteria caused by long-term use are obstacles.

In order to solve the above problems, researches on compositions for treating diarrhea in calves using natural medicinal plants have been actively conducted. For example, Korean Patent Registration No. 10-1067536 (Sep. 27, 2011) discloses a composition for treating diarrhea in a calf prepared by mixing antibiotic effect and natural herbal ingredients such as ginseng, mugwort, juice, and carrot good for gastrointestinal diseases .

The composition for treating diarrhea in a calf using natural herbal ingredients such as ginseng and mugwort has an effect of treating calf diarrhea in spring and autumn, but the diarrhea treatment effect is insignificant in the winter when the temperature falls below zero.

Johne's disease is an infectious disease that causes chronic enteritis in ruminant animals such as cattle, and it mainly inhibits absorption of nutrients by invading pathogens through the oral cavity to weaken bowel function. The main symptom is bacterial disease that causes death due to diarrhea, lower feed efficiency, weakness, decrease of milk yield, decrease of milk yield, decrease of conception rate and lack of nutrition.

The characteristics of the four diseases are long incubation period and the pathogen is discharged as fecal as the disease progresses. Therefore, most of the cattle are infected in the once contaminated ranch with Yoney disease and it is difficult to eradicate it.

Such a disease is designated as a two-epidemic disease. Especially, in a farm producing a seedling, when it is determined to be a sickle, it is tied to the restriction of movement.

Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a composition for preventing and improving diarrhea in ruminants, which can prevent and improve ruminant diarrhea.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a composition for preventing and improving ruminant diarrhea which can prevent and improve diarrhea in cattle or calf.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a composition for preventing and improving ruminant diarrhea, which can improve the symptoms of bovine bovine cows and help in the treatment of the disease.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a composition for prevention and improvement of rumen diarrhea containing Agaricus mushroom extract, Chaga mushroom extract and probiotics.

The composition according to the present invention may further contain at least one of citron seed oil, yacon fermentation broth, ginseng extract and powder-free powder containing 10% or more tannin component.

In the composition according to the present invention, 1 to 3 g of the agaricus mushroom extract, 1 to 3 g of the mushroom extract, and 0.5 to 2 g of the probiotic agent may be contained based on 10 cc of the citron nutrient.

In the composition according to the present invention, 1 to 3 g of the agaricus mushroom extract, 1 to 3 g of the chaga mushroom extract, 0.5 to 2 g of the probiotic agent, 2 to 7 cc of the yacon fermentation broth, 1 to 3 g of the ginseng extract, 1 to 5 g may be included.

In the composition according to the present invention, the probiotic agent may include Lactobacillus acidophilus and Bacillus subtilis.

In the composition according to the present invention, the probiotics are selected from the group consisting of 1 × 10 10 to 3 × 10 10 cfu of Lactobacillus acidophilus, 0.5 × 10 10 to 1.5 × 10 10 cfu of Bacillus subtilis, the 0.5 × 10 a mixture of 10 to 1.5 × 10 10 cfu can be fermented in which probiotics.

The composition containing citron seed oil, agaricus mushroom, chaga mushroom and a probiotic agent according to the present invention is effective for prevention and improvement of diarrhea in ruminants. In particular, it is effective to prevent calf diarrhea by feeding calves before feeding colostrum to newborn calves. It also has the effect of improving calf diarrhea in spring, summer and fall as well as in winter when the temperature falls below freezing. There is an advantage of solving the problems of occurrence of resistant bacteria and stability of livestock products by the use of medicines.

In addition, when the composition according to the present invention is administered to a cattle infected with the disease, it can be confirmed that the infectious disease is improved or recovered to a normal level. That is, the composition according to the present invention can improve the symptom of the cattle suffering from the disease, and thus, can help to treat the disease.

Agaricus mushroom is also known as white mushroom, spirulina mushroom, wrinkle mushroom, wrinkle mushroom and wrinkle mushroom. The mushroom is similar in appearance to Agaricus bisporus, but it is characterized by long thick mushrooms, strong fragrance. Representative pharmacological actions of Agaricus mushroom include hypoglycemic action, hypotension, cholesterol lowering, anti-thrombotic activity, and immune-recovering activity.

Agaricus mushroom is known to contain many active ingredients, and it has physiological activity and contains lectin which has hemagglutinating activity. It has been reported that β-glucan is a substance exhibiting important physiological activity in agaricus mushroom, and β-glucan has a function of immunologically active substance, antioxidant ability, biotissue regeneration and healing function, antibiotic, antibacterial and antiviral activity.

These mushrooms were first discovered in Florida in 1944 and then became widely known in the mid-1960s when the indigenous peoples of Brazil's mountainous population, Piadeta, were found to be edible and known to be native to North America and parts of Central and South America But has never been reported in other areas.

Agaricus mushrooms are rich in various nutrients such as protein, fat, fiber, vitamins, inorganic salts, amino acids, essential fatty acids and nucleic acids, and it is known that they are good for various diseases including cancer. Respectively. As a result, it was the first artificial cultivation in Japan in 1992, and now it is cultivated artificially in Korea and China.

Agaricus mushrooms have been studied to identify various physiological activities such as anticancer activity, inhibition of tumor development, high blood pressure and blood pressure lowering effect, and enhancement of immunity of human body.

The composition according to the present invention may further comprise ginseng (Panax ginseng) extract to increase the activity of the active ingredient of Agaricus mushroom.

Ginseng is the most healing plant, and its main ingredients are at least 13 ginsenosides (saponins) classified as protopanaxadiol and protopanaxatriol according to the aglycone ratio, And organic acids and esters, vitamins such as sterols, nitrogen compounds, and folic acid, and enzymes, and it is known that it has a wide variety of effects besides central nervous system regulation.

Ginseng has been widely used as a typical nourishing tonic for a long time. It is generally used in the form of red ginseng, which is generally grown and harvested, and white ginseng dried at room temperature or red ginseng produced by heat treatment of ginseng.

To date, the known effects of ginseng include inhibition of aging, antiarteriosclerosis, improvement of hyperlipidemia, hypertension of liver, elimination of radiation disorder, immunity enhancement, anti-thrombosis, hyperfunction of brain function, hypoglycemia, hypotension and anticancer effect.

The major components of these effects are known to be mainly composed of saponin-based substances. Studies on the efficacy of these polysaccharides in extracting and separating acid polysaccharides contained in ginseng roots have recently been actively conducted .

The mushroom is a mushroom parasitized on birch of Siberia, North America, northern Europe and more than 45 degrees north latitude, and is excellent in the treatment of adult diseases such as cancer. It grows up to 15-20 years, usually by copulation by viruses and by eating sap. Chaga mushrooms are found in ducks, willows and maples, but they have no efficacy.

Chaga mushrooms have been reported in Russia since the 16th century as a leap for the treatment of incurable diseases. In 1951, the Institute of Scientific Research at the Komarov Scientific Institute of the Soviet Academy of Sciences began to research in earnest. In 1968, Solzhenitsyn became known by the novel "The Ward", based on the story he had experienced.

Chaga mushrooms are used for medicinal purposes only for the first grade, dried at temperatures below 60 ° C, with a moisture content of 14% or less, a thickness of 10 ㎝ or more in the middle, more than 15 years of age and used for disposal or tea boiling. Chaga mushrooms contain a variety of substances, compared to other mushrooms contain a large amount of beta-glucan.

Betaglucan, which is commonly found in the mugwort and mushroom, enhances the immunity of cows and helps to improve diarrhea.

Probiotic agents include Lactobacillus acidophilus and Bacillus subtilis. These probiotics were prepared from 1 × 10 10 to 3 × 10 10 cfu of Lactobacillus acidophilus, 0.5 × 10 10 to 1.5 × 10 10 cfu of Bacillus subtilis and 0.5 × 10 10 cfu of yeast on the basis of 1 kg of soybean meal to aid digestion and absorption. by fermenting a mixture of 10 to 1.5 × 10 10 cfu can be produced.

Citrus oil contains tannin content of 10% or more. The tannin ingredient helps to diarrhea with astringent action. Citron oil is also used to feed the calf according to the composition of the present invention.

Such citron seed oil can be prepared by sowing citron seeds at a temperature of 70 ° C to 80 ° C for 20 seconds to 40 seconds. The reason why you can learn citron oil in this temperature range is as follows. Yuza does not ripe under 70 ℃. On the other hand, when the yuza is cooked at a temperature exceeding 80 ° C, benzene may come out from the yuzu seed during the cooking process.

That is, since the composition according to the present invention can be added to a concentrated feed, the composition according to the present invention used in the parent may not contain citron seed oil. On the other hand, in the case of calves, since the composition according to the present invention must be directly administered to the oral cavity, it is preferable to include citron seed oil in the composition according to the present invention used for calf.

The yacon fermentation broth is prepared by mixing the finely chopped yacon and sugar in a one-to-one ratio and fermenting for more than two months. Yacon contains 10% or more oligosaccharides. Because yacon contains more than 10% of oligosaccharides to be fed to lactic acid bacteria, beneficial bacteria in the intestines have the effect of inhibiting the growth of harmful bacteria. This can help diarrhea and digestion of cattle.

And the no-powder is dried in a powder form. Because diapause has a lot of digestive effect, it can help diarrhea and digestion absorption of cattle.

The composition according to the present invention can improve diarrhea prevention and diarrhea when fed to ruminants such as cattle or calves for 2 to 3 times a day for 5 to 10 days. In particular, before feeding a colostrum to a new calf, the composition according to the present invention is fed to prevent diarrhea in the calf and has an effect of improving calf diarrhea in spring, summer, autumn and winter when the temperature falls below zero , Antibiotics, antibiotics, and other medicines to solve the problem of the emergence of resistant bacteria and the stability of livestock products.

In addition, the composition according to the present invention was administered to the cattle infected with the infectious disease, and it was confirmed that the infectious disease was improved and there was a cow showing a normal value. That is, the composition according to the present invention can improve the symptom of the cattle suffering from the disease, and thus, can help to treat the disease.
