Claims (9)
- 기판;
상기 기판 상에 형성된 양극;
상기 양극 상에 형성되는 정공 수송층;
상기 정공 수송층 상에 형성되며, 코어, 상기 코어를 감싸는 쉘 및 상기 쉘을 감싸는 리간드로 구성된 적색 양자점, 녹색 양자점 및 청색 양자점이 혼합된 양자 발광층;
상기 양자 발광층 상에 형성되는 전자 수송층; 및
상기 전자 수송층 상에 형성된 음극을 구비하며,
상기 적색 양자점의 리간드의 HOMO 준위가 상기 녹색 양자점의 리간드의 HOMO 준위보다 낮고, 상기 청색 양자점의 리간드의 HOMO 준위가 상기 녹색 양자점의 리간드의 HOMO 준위보다 높거나,
상기 적색 양자점의 쉘의 두께가 상기 녹색 양자점의 쉘의 두께보다 두껍고, 상기 청색 양자점의 쉘의 두께가 상기 녹색 양자점의 쉘의 두께보다 얇은 양자 발광 소자. - 삭제
