Abstract
Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a facial steam system, and more particularly, to a facial steam system that increases thermal efficiency for generating steam through a porous structure.
In general, it is recommended to remove not only the skin but also the wastes in the pores of the skin, and various cleansing products for removing wastes in the pores more effectively are being developed.
In addition, the skin opens its pores at a warmer temperature, and the pores close at a cooler temperature, and this phenomenon is used as a method for removing more effective waste pores.
For example, after inducing the pores to spread through hot water, the pores and skin waste are removed through cleansing, and then the pores are closed using cold water again.
In recent years, facial steam devices have been developed to directly spray steam on the facial skin so that the above process can be more easily and conveniently performed.
On the other hand, in a facial steam system using a general heating type heater, steam is generated by directly heating the water to 100 ° C, so that a high electric charge is generated, and a user may be burned due to a high steam temperature , There has been a problem that the skin may be damaged as a large amount of vapor of high temperature is sprayed from the beginning of use.
Accordingly, a facial steam device capable of effectively generating steam at low power using an ultrasonic vibrator has been developed, such as Korean Patent No. 10-0767814 entitled " Facial Functional Steam Beauty Machine ". However, The steam generated artificially by using vibration has a problem that the water particles are thick and the temperature of water particles (steam) is low.
That is, coarse water particles are difficult to effectively penetrate (supply) to the skin, and low water particles (steam) cause contraction of the pores.
Accordingly, when the steam is supplied through the ultrasonic vibrator, it is necessary to further increase the temperature of the steam in order to prevent the pores from being shrunk, and there is a problem that more energy is required than when the water is directly heated.
That is, the energy efficiency of the process of generating the steam through the ultrasonic vibration is high, but the energy efficiency of the additional configuration for increasing the temperature of the steam having a low temperature is low, and consequently, there is a problem that more energy is required.
In order to increase the temperature of the steam using the heated air, the air must be heated to a temperature higher than the required steam temperature. However, if the heated air is not sufficiently mixed with the steam, There is a problem that the skin is overheated or the moisture of the skin can be further reduced due to the heated air.
Particularly, the water particles of the steam generated by the ultrasonic vibration having coarse particles as compared with the direct heating steam can be supplied to the face without being sufficiently mixed with the heated air, and the coarse water particles sufficiently penetrate the skin There is a problem in that the skin can be dried further by the heated air in the state where it is not used.
In addition, since the amount of steam and the temperature are controlled in a uniform form, there is a need for a configuration for controlling the amount of steam and temperature according to the use environment or the user's skin temperature.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a facial steam system for directly heating water with a high thermal efficiency.
It is another object of the present invention to provide a facial steam system for promoting skin absorption of the generated steam.
It is another object of the present invention to provide a facial steam system for controlling the amount of steam and the temperature generated according to a user's facial skin temperature.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a facial steam system with a simple structure for easy cleaning and replacement.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a facial steam apparatus for supplying steam to a face of a user for the purpose of beauty, comprising: a pump for pumping water contained in the water reservoir to supply the steam to the steam generator; A steam generating unit having a porous structure for heating the water supplied through the pump, and a discharging unit extending from the steam generating unit and discharging the steam generated by the heating to the outside.
The steam generating unit may include a heat conductive part having a porous structure for supplying water to the steam generating part and widening a contact area with water, a case having an opening on an upper surface and a lower surface of the heat conductive part, And a heater for heating the heater.
The steam generating unit may include a thermally conductive unit having a porous structure for supplying water and passing water thereto and widening a contact area with water, a first case having an opening on the upper and lower surfaces thereof and a side surface of the heat- And a cylindrical corresponding electrode spaced apart from the thermally conductive portion in a manner to surround the thermally conductive portion protruding from the first case, wherein the thermally conductive portion is made of a conductive material and is transferred from the heater Heating the water by using heat and simultaneously discharging electrons to the corresponding electrode side by application of a high voltage.
The steam generating unit may further include an air heating unit for sucking and heating the outside air and then discharging the air, and a mixing unit for mixing and discharging steam generated through the steam generating unit to the heated and discharged air, do.
Further, the discharge unit may further include a recovery unit for recovering condensed water to prevent condensed water generated by cooling the steam from being discharged to the outside, and the condensed water recovered through the recovery unit is supplied to a water storage tank and recycled do.
The apparatus further includes a face temperature sensor for measuring the face skin temperature of the user, and the amount of steam discharged according to the measured face skin temperature is controlled.
As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to directly heat water with a high thermal efficiency using a steam generating part having a porous structure, and to prevent sudden discharge of steam.
In addition, according to the facial steam system of the present invention, skin absorption can be promoted by ionizing the generated steam.
Further, according to the present invention, the amount of steam and the temperature generated according to the measured skin temperature of the user can be automatically controlled.
In addition, according to the present invention, the steam generating unit and the discharging unit are integrally formed with a simple structure, which facilitates cleaning and replacement.

That is, by heating a certain volume of water at a time, it is possible to achieve a greatly improved thermal efficiency compared to a conventional steam generating method in which steam is generated for the first time and steam is suddenly generated at any moment, It is possible to control the amount of steam easily by changing the supply amount of water by using the porous structure which can quickly convert the supplied water into steam.

Further, the anion decomposes water molecules in the vapor to promote generation and production of hydrogen ions (H +), hydroxyl ions (OH-) or hydroxyl groups, and the hydrogen ions combine with other hydrogen ions to produce hydrogen molecules, The hydroxyl ion or hydroxyl group acts to quickly oxidize and remove bacteria or dust, or to transform it into another substance, and performs a sterilizing action.

More specifically, air for heating or cooling forcedly blown by an air heating device provided with a fan rotated by a motor and a heating means (which does not operate when the temperature of the steam is cooled and supplies room temperature air) (55A, 55B, 55C, 55D) formed of a plurality of propeller-shaped blades (55A, 55B, 55C, 55D) in order to prevent the skin of the user from being transferred to the user's skin The air and the steam are spirally rotated by using the mixing
Further, it is possible to adjust the temperature of the steam supplied to the face of the user by adjusting the amount of air mixed with the steam blown and the type of the supplied air (heated air or air at normal temperature).
In addition, the steam is sufficiently mixed with the air supplied to the user's face so as to minimize the drying phenomenon due to the forced supply of air, thereby preventing drying of the skin.
While the present invention has been particularly shown and described with reference to exemplary embodiments thereof, it is evident that many alternatives, modifications, and variations will be apparent to those skilled in the art without departing from the scope of the present invention. The scope of the invention should therefore be construed in light of the claims set forth to cover many of such variations.
