Abstract
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a method of constructing a partially insulating type sheet-coating film composite waterproof structure that partially adheres to a base surface of a sheet-film composite waterproof structure and partially floats to effectively cope with cracking and behavior of a base surface. The partially insulating sheet-coating film composite waterproofing structure according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a first step of forming a primer layer by applying a primer on a base surface, a first step of forming a non- Coating a water-repellent layer on the surface of the non-woven fabric, applying a liquid-type coating material to the non-woven fabric, impregnating the nonwoven fabric with the liquid-type coating material, And adhering the coating material waterproofing material to the primer layer through a third step.
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE
One of the commonly known partial insulation type waterproofing methods is to install a perforated sheet on a base surface and to coat the top surface of the sheet with a liquid type waterproofing material so that the waterproofing material adheres to the base surface through holes in the sheet, do.
In this part of the insulation type waterproofing method, the sheet is attached to the base surface at the hole portion and forms an insulating structure floating from the base surface at the portion without the hole. Accordingly, a coating film having a thickness difference and a height difference on the upper surface of the sheet is formed corresponding to the hole-formed portion and the portion where the hole is not formed. That is, it is difficult to realize a uniform film thickness.
The other part insulation type waterproofing method is bonded to the joint surface of the sheet and forms an insulating structure in which the entire surface of the sheet except the joint part floats from the ground surface. Therefore, the construction of the waterproof structure is complicated and the insulation range of the sheet is wide, so that it is weak against the wind pressure.
Therefore, this waterproof structure is difficult to effectively cope with cracks and behaviors of the base surface, and it is difficult to effectively cope with swelling and uplifting phenomenon.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a partially insulated sheet-film composite waterproof structure that partially adheres to a base surface of a sheet-film composite waterproof structure and partially floats to effectively cope with cracking and behavior of a base surface.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a partially insulating sheet-coating film composite waterproofing structure that realizes a sheet-film composite waterproofing structure on the basis of the waterproofing structure to minimize swelling or flooding.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a method of constructing a partially insulated sheet-coating film composite waterproof structure for constructing the partially insulated sheet-film composite waterproof structure.
The partially insulating sheet-coating film composite waterproofing structure according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a first step of forming a primer layer by applying a primer on a base surface, a first step of forming a non- And a second step of applying a liquid film-type waterproofing material to the nonwoven fabric to form a sheet-film waterproofing layer while impregnating the nonwoven fabric with the liquid-type coating material waterproofing material, wherein a part of the coating material waterproofing material is blocked in the non-permeable coating layer, And a third step of attaching the coating film waterproofing material to the primer layer through an uncoated portion.
The second step may further include the step of applying the end portions of the neighboring nonwoven fabrics to the primer layer against each other.
The second step may further include the step of attaching a tape having perforation holes to the butted upper surface of the nonwoven fabric.
The second step may further include disposing the opaque coating layer on the opposite side of the perforation hole in the nonwoven fabric.
In the third step, a coating film layer is formed on the tape by applying a liquid film-type waterproofing material on the tape, and a part of the coating film waterproofing material is impregnated into the nonwoven fabric through the perforation hole and blocked in the opaque coating layer .
The partially insulating sheet-coating film composite waterproofing structure according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a primer layer formed by applying a primer on a base surface, a nonwoven fabric formed on the primer layer and partially provided with a non-permeable coating layer, A sheet-coating film waterproof layer formed on the nonwoven fabric by applying a liquid film-like waterproofing material on the nonwoven fabric, and an uncoated portion not coated with the non-permeable coating layer, the adhesion portion being formed by attaching to the primer through the coating film waterproofing material do.
The ends of the adjacent nonwoven fabrics may be applied to the primer layer against each other.
The partially insulating sheet-coating film composite waterproofing structure according to an embodiment of the present invention may further include a tape attached with perforation holes on the upper surface of the nonwoven fabric.
The non-permeable coating layer may be disposed on the opposite side of the perforation hole in the nonwoven fabric.
The partial insulation type sheet-coating film composite waterproof structure according to an embodiment of the present invention may further include a coating layer formed on the tape by a liquid type coating film waterproofing material coated on the tape, The nonwoven fabric may be impregnated through the hole and blocked in the opaque coating layer.
As described above, an embodiment of the present invention is a method for forming a sheet-coating film waterproof layer on a nonwoven fabric by impregnating the nonwoven fabric with a liquid-type coating film waterproofing material on a nonwoven fabric and applying a nonwoven fabric partially having a non- And the coating film waterproofing material is passed through the uncoated portion not provided with the opaque coating layer to form an attachment portion to be attached to the primer.
That is, the sheet-coating composite waterproofing structure is partially adhered to the base surface and partly floated, thereby effectively coping with the cracking and the behavior of the base surface. In addition, the sheet-coat composite waterproof structure can minimize the waterproof structure, that is, the swelling or flooding of the seat-coat waterproof layer, because the attachment portion is regularly formed according to the pattern of the uncoated portion.
