Description

도 5 는 예 1 로부터의 층 구조 상의 비교 폴리머 C2 의 필름 형성을 도시한다.
Claims (36)
- 기판 상에 제 1 층, 제 2 층 및 적어도 하나의 추가적인 층을 포함하고,
상기 제 1 층은 불소-함유 기들을 함유하는 전극 재료를 포함하고, 상기 제 2 층은 불소-함유 기들을 함유하는 폴리머를 포함하고, 상기 적어도 하나의 추가적인 층은 불소-함유 기들을 함유하는 화합물들을 포함하며,
상기 제 1 층의 불소-함유 기들의 일부와 상기 제 2 층의 불소-함유 기들의 일부 사이 및 상기 적어도 하나의 추가적인 층의 불소-함유 기들의 일부와 각각의 전술한 층의 불소-함유 기들의 일부 사이에 부착성 불소-불소 상호작용이 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광전자 디바이스. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 층은 인듐 주석 산화물 (ITO) 층 또는 인듐 아연 산화물 (IZO) 층인 것을 특징으로 하는 광전자 디바이스. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제 2 층은 전도성 폴리머를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광전자 디바이스. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 층은 전도성 폴리머의 층인 것을 특징으로 하는 광전자 디바이스. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 전도성 폴리머는 PEDOT 또는 PANI 인 것을 특징으로 하는 광전자 디바이스. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제 2 층은 전하-주입 기능, 전하-수송 기능 및 이미터 기능 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광전자 디바이스. - 삭제

상기 이미터 기능을 갖는 복수의 폴리머층들은 각각 상이한 파장의 광을 발하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광전자 디바이스. - 제 13 항에 있어서,
상기 다양한 파장들의 광은 컬러 백색이 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광전자 디바이스. - 제 14 항에 있어서,
상기 광전자 디바이스는 원색들인 적색, 녹색 및 청색을 갖는 3 개의 층들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광전자 디바이스. - 제 14 항에 있어서,
상기 층들 중 적어도 하나의 층은 1중항 이미터들을 포함하고, 그 나머지 층들 중 적어도 하나의 층은 3중항 이미터들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광전자 디바이스. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 광전자 디바이스는 홀 전도체 기능을 갖는 복수의 폴리머층들을 포함하고, 상기 홀 전도체는 에너지적으로 (energetically) 상이한 HOMO (Highest Occupied Molecular Orbital) 를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 광전자 디바이스. - 제 19 항에 있어서,
마지막에 적용된 상기 홀 전도체 기능을 갖는 폴리머층은 다른 폴리머층들보다 에너지적으로 더 높은 LUMO (Lowest Unoccupied Molecular Orbital) 를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 광전자 디바이스. - 제 20 항에 있어서,
마지막에 적용된 상기 홀 전도체 기능을 갖는 폴리머층은 전자-블로킹층인 것을 특징으로 하는 광전자 디바이스. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 광전자 디바이스는 전자 전도체 기능을 갖는 복수의 폴리머층들을 포함하고, 상기 전자 전도체는 에너지적으로 상이한 LUMO (Lowest Unoccupied Molecular Orbital) 를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 광전자 디바이스. - 제 22 항에 있어서,
