Abstract
형체력을 발생시키는 전자석(49)을 구비하는 사출성형기(10)는, 전자석(49)의 코일(48)에 직류전류를 공급하는 전류공급부(70)와, 전류공급부(70)를 제어하는 제어부(60)를 구비한다. 제어부(60)는, 전자석(49)의 코어(46)의 착자 및 소자를 행하는 공정을 제1 전류패턴으로 소정의 횟수 제어한 후, 상기 공정을 제2 전류패턴으로 소정의 횟수 제어한다. 제1 전류패턴과, 제2 전류패턴은, 소자공정에서 최후에 코일(48)에 공급하는 직류전류의 방향이 역방향이다.

Claims (4)
- 형체력을 발생시키는 전자석을 구비하는 사출성형기에 있어서,
상기 전자석의 코일에 직류전류를 공급하는 전류공급부와,
상기 전류공급부를 제어하는 제어부
를 구비하고,
상기 제어부는, 상기 전자석의 코어의 착자 및 소자를 행하는 공정을 제1 전류패턴으로 소정의 횟수 제어한 후, 상기 공정을 제2 전류패턴으로 소정의 횟수 제어하고,
상기 제1 전류패턴과, 상기 제2 전류패턴은, 소자공정에서 최후에 상기 코일에 공급하는 직류전류의 방향이 역방향인 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형기. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제1 전류패턴과, 상기 제2 전류패턴은, 착자공정에서 상기 코일에 공급하는 상기 직류전류의 방향, 및 소자공정에서 최초로 상기 코일에 공급하는 직류전류의 방향이 역방향인 사출성형기. - 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 제2 전류패턴은, 상기 제1 전류패턴을 반전시킨 것인 사출성형기. - 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 제어부는, 상기 전자석의 코어의 착자 및 소자를 행하는 공정을 1회 제어할 때마다, 상기 공정에서 상기 전자석의 코일에 공급되는 전류의 전류패턴을 상기 제1 전류패턴과 상기 제2 전류패턴 사이에서 변경하는 사출성형기.
