Abstract
[해결수단] 사출성형기(10)는, 형개폐동작을 구동하는 형개폐구동부(예컨대 리니어모터)(28)와, 형체동작을 구동하는 형체구동부(예컨대 전자석)(49)와, 형개폐구동부(28)의 동작, 및 형체구동부(49)의 동작을 제어하는 제어부(60)를 구비한다. 제어부(60)는, 형체력을 해제할 때, 형체력이 소정치 이하인지 여부를 감시하는 형체력감시부(64)를 포함하고, 그 형체력감시부(64)에 의하여 형체력이 소정치 이하인 것이 검출되었을 때, 형개폐구동부(28)에 의하여 형개동작을 행하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (3)
- 형개폐동작을 구동하는 형개폐구동부와,
형체동작을 구동하는 형체구동부와,
상기 형개폐구동부의 동작, 및 상기 형체구동부의 동작을 제어하는 제어부
를 구비하고,
상기 제어부는, 형체력을 해제할 때, 형체력이 소정치 이하인지 여부를 감시하는 형체력감시부를 포함하며, 그 형체력감시부에 의하여 형체력이 소정치 이하인 것이 검출되었을 때, 상기 형개폐구동부에 의하여 형개동작을 행하는 것
을 특징으로 하는 사출성형기. - 청구항 1에 있어서
상기 형체력감시부는, 형체력센서의 검출치에 근거하여, 상기 형체력이 소정치 이하인지 여부를 감시하는 것
을 특징으로 하는 사출성형기. - 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 형체력감시부는, 소정 부재의 형폐시의 위치로부터의 위치의 차에 근거하여, 상기 형체력이 소정치 이하인지 여부를 감시하는 것
