Claims (27)
- (a) 상하 표면을 포함하는 규정 플레이트 내에 마이크로니들을 배치하고, 상기 마이크로니들은 소정 거리만큼 서로 이격되도록 하며, 상기 마이크로니들 팁은 규정 플레이트의 바닥부에서 돌출되도록 하는 방식으로 양(positive) 마스터 몰드를 준비하고;
(b) 양(positive) 마스터 몰드와 동일한 표면 윤곽을 가지는 음(negative) 몰드를 생산하기 위하여, 양(positive) 마스터 몰드 상에 주조 가능한 물질을 주조하거나 상기 양(positive) 마스터 몰드를 경화성 젤 또는 열가소성 물질에 담그는 방식으로 음(negative) 몰드를 준비하고;
(c) 마이크로니들 어레이를 형성하기 위해 음(negative) 몰드에 용해성 폴리머를 첨가하고;
(d) 상기 마이크로니들 어레이를 건조시키는 것을 포함하는,
마이크로니들 어레이를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
규정(defining) 플레이트에 배치된 모든 마이크로니들은 규정 플레이트의 바닥부에서 동일한 거리만큼 돌출되도록 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
규정 플레이트에 배치된 마이크로니들의 적어도 하나는 다른 마이크로니들과 다른 거리만큼 규정 플레이트의 바닥부에서 돌출되도록 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나에 있어서,
규정 플레이트 내의 각 니들의 길이는 각 니들이 원하는(desired) 거리만큼 규정 플레이트를 통과하도록 하는 액츄에이터 매커니즘을 이용하여 조정하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나에 있어서,
규정 플레이트 내의 각 니들의 길이는 각 니들이 원하는(desired) 거리만큼 규정 플레이트를 통과하도록 하는 액츄에이터 매커니즘을 이용하여 조정하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나에 있어서,
마이크로니들 팁을 규정 플레이트 내에 테이퍼진 홀들을 이용하여 배치되도록 하는 방법.

- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나에 있어서,
용해성 폴리머는 하이드로젤로 이루어지는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,
하이드로젤은 카르복실메틸 나트륨 셀룰로오즈(SCMC)를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나에 있어서,
선택된 약물은 음(negative) 몰드에 첨가되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나에 있어서,
음(negative) 몰드를 용해성 폴리머 또는 선택된 약물로 채우기 위해 음(negative) 몰드에 진공, 원심 분리, 또는 압축력을 적용하는 것을 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나에 있어서,
음(negative) 몰드로부터 건조된 마이크로 어레이를 분리하는 것을 더 포함하는 방법.
- (a) 다수의 마이크로니들을 규정하기 위해 소정 각도에서 소정 방향으로 금속 또는 성형성 플레이트를 드릴링, 밀링, 또는 연삭하는 방식으로 양(positive) 마스터 몰드를 준비하고;
(b) 양(positive) 마스터 몰드 상에 주조 가능한 물질을 주조하거나 상기 양(positive) 마스터 몰드를 경화성 젤 또는 열가소성 물질에 담그는 방식으로 양(positive) 마스터 몰드와 같은 표면 윤곽을 가지고 있는 음(negative) 몰드를 준비하고;
(c) 음(negative) 몰드에 용해성 폴리머를 첨가하여 마이크로니들 어레이를 형성하고;
(d) 상기 마이크로니들 어레이를 건조시키는 것을 포함하는,
마이크로니들 어레이를 제조하는 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서,
상기 드릴링, 밀링 또는 연삭은 정밀 기계 가공을 이용하여 행해지는 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서,
상기 드릴링, 밀링 또는 연삭은 컴퓨터 수치 제어(CNC) 밀링, 연삭 또는 드릴링을 이용하여 행해지는 방법.
