Abstract
Description
Claims (26)
- 제1 절연 기판;상기 제1 절연 기판 상에 배치되고, 복수의 도메인 형성 수단에 의해 구획된 화소 전극;상기 화소 전극 상에 배치된 화소 전극 절연막; 및상기 화소 전극과 절연되도록 상기 복수의 도메인 형성 수단 사이의 상기 화소 전극 절연막상에 배치된 제어 전극을 포함하고,상기 제어 전극은 상기 화소 전극과 전기적으로 연결되어 있지 않고, 상기 제어 전극에 인가되는 전압은 상기 화소 전극에 인가되는 전압보다 높은 액정 표시 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 화소 전극 절연막의 두께는 5 ~ 200nm이고,상기 화소 전극 절연막은 상기 제1 절연 기판의 전면을 덮도록 형성된 액정 표시 장치.

- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 제1 절연 기판 상에 형성된 제1 데이터선을 포함하는 제1 데이터 배선; 및상기 제1 데이터 배선과 평행하게 형성된 제2 데이터선을 포함하는 제2 데이터 배선을 더 포함하고,상기 화소 전극은 상기 제1 데이터선으로부터 전압을 인가받고, 상기 제어 전극은 상기 제2 데이터선으로부터 전압을 인가받는 액정 표시 장치.

- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제어 전극은 상기 화소 전극과 동일한 투명 도전체로 이루어지고,상기 제어 전극은 1 ~ 12㎛의 폭을 가지는 액정 표시 장치.

- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 도메인 형성 수단은 상기 화소 전극을 패터닝하여 형성된 간극인 액정 표시 장치.
