Description
Claims (15)
- 프로필렌-α-올레핀 공중합체를 포함하는 폴리올레핀계 수지에 의해 일정 폭의 장척형상으로 형성되어 있으며, 주 수축방향이 길이방향인 열수축성 폴리올레핀계 필름으로서, 하기 요건 (1)~(4)를 만족시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 열수축성 폴리올레핀계 필름.(1) 90℃의 온수 중에서 10초간에 걸쳐서 처리한 경우에 있어서 길이방향의 온탕열수축률이 15% 이상 40% 이하인 것(2) 90℃의 온수 중에서 10초간에 걸쳐서 처리한 경우에 있어서 길이방향과 직교하는 폭방향의 온탕열수축률이 -5% 이상 10% 이하인 것(3) 80℃의 온수 중에서 길이방향으로 10% 수축시킨 후의 단위 두께당 폭방향의 직각인열강도가 50 N/mm 이상 200 N/mm 이하인 것(4) 필름의 표면끼리를 맞대고 90℃로 가열하면서 0.4 MPa의 압력을 90초간 가했을 때의 박리강도가 0.1 N/15 mm 이하인 것
- 제1항에 있어서,하기 요건 (5)를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열수축성 폴리올레핀계 필름.(5) 소정 온도의 온수 중에서 10초간에 걸쳐서 처리한 후의 폭방향의 온탕열수축률을 측정했을 때, 처리온도가 60℃~80℃에 있어서의 온탕열수축률이 0% 이하인 것
- 제1항에 있어서,폴리올레핀계 수지가 프로필렌과 에틸렌의 공중합체를 포함하는 것으로, 구성 수지 중의 에틸렌의 양이, 2.0 질량% 이상 10.0 질량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 열수축성 폴리올레핀계 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,폴리올레핀계 수지가 프로필렌과 에틸렌과 부텐의 공중합체를 포함하는 것으로, 구성 수지 중의 에틸렌 및 부텐의 양이, 3.0 질량% 이상 10.0 질량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 열수축성 폴리올레핀계 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,폴리올레핀계 수지가 프로필렌과 부텐의 공중합체를 포함하는 것으로, 구성 수지 중의 부텐의 양이, 15.0 질량% 이상 35.0 질량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 열수축성 폴리올레핀계 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,코어층의 적어도 편면에 스킨층을 적층한 적층구조를 갖고 있고, 상기 스킨층 중에, 안티블로킹제, 대전방지제, 또는 안티블로킹제 및 대전방지제가 첨가되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 열수축성 폴리올레핀계 필름.
- 제2항에 있어서,폴리올레핀계 수지가 프로필렌과 에틸렌의 공중합체를 포함하는 것으로, 구성 수지 중의 에틸렌의 양이, 2.0 질량% 이상 10.0 질량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 열수축성 폴리올레핀계 필름.
- 제2항에 있어서,폴리올레핀계 수지가 프로필렌과 에틸렌과 부텐의 공중합체를 포함하는 것으로, 구성 수지 중의 에틸렌 및 부텐의 양이, 3.0 질량% 이상 10.0 질량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 열수축성 폴리올레핀계 필름.
- 제2항에 있어서,폴리올레핀계 수지가 프로필렌과 부텐의 공중합체를 포함하는 것으로, 구성 수지 중의 부텐의 양이, 15.0 질량% 이상 35.0 질량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 열수축성 폴리올레핀계 필름.
- 제2항에 있어서,코어층의 적어도 편면에 스킨층을 적층한 적층구조를 갖고 있고, 상기 스킨층 중에, 안티블로킹제, 대전방지제, 또는 안티블로킹제 및 대전방지제가 첨가되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 열수축성 폴리올레핀계 필름.
- 제3항에 있어서,코어층의 적어도 편면에 스킨층을 적층한 적층구조를 갖고 있고, 상기 스킨층 중에, 안티블로킹제, 대전방지제, 또는 안티블로킹제 및 대전방지제가 첨가되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 열수축성 폴리올레핀계 필름.
- 제4항에 있어서,코어층의 적어도 편면에 스킨층을 적층한 적층구조를 갖고 있고, 상기 스킨층 중에, 안티블로킹제, 대전방지제, 또는 안티블로킹제 및 대전방지제가 첨가되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 열수축성 폴리올레핀계 필름.
- 제5항에 있어서,코어층의 적어도 편면에 스킨층을 적층한 적층구조를 갖고 있고, 상기 스킨층 중에, 안티블로킹제, 대전방지제, 또는 안티블로킹제 및 대전방지제가 첨가되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 열수축성 폴리올레핀계 필름.
- 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항의 열수축성 폴리올레핀계 필름을 제조하기 위한 제조방법으로서,미연신 필름을, 텐터 내에서 폭방향의 양쪽 끝 가장자리를 클립으로 파지(把持)한 상태에서 70℃ 이상 140℃ 이하의 온도에서 폭방향으로 2.5배 이상 8.0배 이하의 배율로 연신한 후, 100℃ 이상 155℃ 이하의 온도에서 1.0초 이상 50.0초 이하의 시간에 걸쳐서 열완화처리하고, 그 후, 필름 폭방향의 양쪽 끝 가장자리의 클립 파지 부분을 절단 제거한 후, 70℃ 이상 140℃ 이하의 온도에서 길이방향으로 2.0배 이상 8.0배 이하의 배율로 연신하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열수축성 폴리올레핀계 필름의 제조방법.
- 제14항에 있어서,길이방향의 연신이 가열한 저속 롤과 고속 롤 사이에서 행해지는 것으로, 이들 2개의 롤 사이에 있어서 연신 갭과 연신 전의 필름 폭의 비를 0.10 이상 0.50 이하로 조정한 것인 것을 특징으로 하는 열수축성 폴리올레핀계 필름의 제조방법.
