Claims (8)
- 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 분자량 1500 이상 6000 이하의 아릴아민 화합물.<화학식 1>(식 중, X는 단결합, CH 또는 CH2, 또는, N 또는 NH를 나타내고, Ar1 및 Ar2는 각각이 동일하고, 알킬기로 치환된 또는 비치환된 페닐렌기, 비페닐렌기 또는 터페닐렌기를 나타내고, R1, R2, R3 및 R4는 각각 독립적으로 아릴기를 나타내고, 이 아릴기는 추가로 트리페닐아민 부분 구조를 형성하도록 하여 디아릴아미노기로 치환될 수도 있고, 또한 말단의 아릴기는 반복하여 트리페닐아민과 같은 부분 구조를 형성하도록 하여 디아릴아미노기로 치환될 수도 있으며, m은 0 내지 2의 정수를 나타내고, n은 0 또는 1을 나타냄)
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 1로 표시되는 분자량 1500 이상 6000 이하의 아릴아민 화합물이, 분자 내에 질소 원자를 6개 또는 9개 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 아릴아민 화합물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 1로 표시되는 분자량 1500 이상 6000 이하의 아릴아민 화합물이, 분자 내에 질소 원자를 9개 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 아릴아민 화합물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 1로 표시되는 분자량 1500 이상 6000 이하의 아릴아민 화합물이, 분자 내에 트리페닐아민과 같은 부분 구조를 6개 내지 9개 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 아릴아민 화합물.
- 한 쌍의 전극과 이 사이에 끼워진 한층 이상의 유기층을 갖는 유기 전계 발광 소자에 있어서,하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 분자량 1500 이상 6000 이하의 아릴아민 화합물을, 1개 이상의 유기층의 구성 재료로서 함유하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.<화학식 1>(식 중, X는 단결합, CH 또는 CH2, 또는, N 또는 NH를 나타내고, Ar1 및 Ar2는 각각이 동일하고, 알킬기로 치환된 또는 비치환된 페닐렌기, 비페닐렌기 또는 터페닐렌기를 나타내고, R1, R2, R3 및 R4는 각각 독립적으로 아릴기를 나타내고, 이 아릴기는 추가로 트리페닐아민 부분 구조를 형성하도록 하여 디아릴아미노기로 치환될 수도 있고, 또한 말단의 아릴기는 반복하여 트리페닐아민과 같은 부분 구조를 형성하도록 하여 디아릴아미노기로 치환될 수도 있으며, m은 0 내지 2의 정수를 나타내고, n은 0 또는 1을 나타냄)
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 1로 표시되는 분자량 1500 이상 6000 이하의 아릴아민 화합물이, 분자 내에 질소 원자를 6개 또는 9개 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 1로 표시되는 분자량 1500 이상 6000 이하의 아릴아민 화합물이, 분자 내에 질소 원자를 9개 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제5항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 1로 표시되는 분자량 1500 이상 6000 이하의 아릴아민 화합물이, 분자 내에 트리페닐아민과 같은 부분 구조를 6개 내지 9개 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
