Claims (22)
- CD4+CD25+ 조절성 T 세포를 활성화시킬 수 있는 인간화된 항-CD4 항체 hB-F5 로서,상기 hB-F5 항체는 서열번호 1 및 서열번호 2로 기재된 Vh 및 Vk 영역을 가지는 것인 인간화된 항체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 인간화된 항체는, 서열번호 5 및 서열번호 6으로 정의되는 Vh 및 Vk 영역을 갖는 마우스 단클론 항-CD4 항체 B-F5로부터 얻어질 수 있는 것인 인간화된 항체.
- CD4+CD25+ 조절성 T 세포를 활성화시킬 수 있는 인간화된 항-CD4 항체로서,상기 인간화된 항-CD4 항체는, 마우스 단클론 항-CD4 항체 B-F5의 상보성 결정 부위(complementarity-determining region: CDR)를 포함하며, 상기 마우스 단클론 항-CD4 항체 B-F5는 서열번호 5 및 서열번호 6에 의해 암호화되는 Vh 및 Vk 영역을 갖는 것인, 인간화된 항체.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 인간화된 항-CD4 항체는 서열번호 1 및 서열번호 2에 기재된 V 도메인들을 가지는 것인 인간화된 항-CD4 항체.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, IgGl의 불변 도메인을 더 포함하는 인간화된 항-CD4 항체.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 인간화된 항-CD4 항체의 V 도메인들을 포함하는 항체 단편.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 인간화된 항-CD4 항체의 V 도메인을 코딩하는 서열을 포함하는 폴리뉴클레오티드.
- 제7항에 있어서, 서열번호 1의 H 사슬 V 도메인을 코딩하는 서열을 포함하거나, 또는 서열번호 2의 L 사슬 V 도메인을 코딩하는 서열을 포함하는 폴리뉴클레오티드.
- 제7항에 있어서, 서열번호 3 또는 서열번호 4를 포함하는 폴리뉴클레오티드.
- 제7항에 따른 폴리뉴클레오티드를 포함하는 발현 벡터.
- 제8항에 따른 폴리뉴클레오티드를 포함하는 발현 벡터.
- 제9항에 따른 폴리뉴클레오티드를 포함하는 발현 벡터.
- 제10항에 따른 발현 벡터를 포함하는 숙주 세포.
- 제11항에 따른 발현 벡터를 포함하는 숙주 세포.
