Claims (37)
- 펌핑 장치의 챔버에 유체를 도입하는 단계,챔버 내의 압력이 요구되는 압력을 초과하는지 여부를 결정하는 단계,챔버 내의 압력이 요구되는 압력을 초과하는 경우 압력 상승을 보상하도록 챔버의 체적을 증가시키기 위해 펌핑 장치의 펌핑 수단을 이동시키는 단계, 및챔버로부터 유체를 분배하는 단계로서, 유체의 분배가 개시되기까지 요구되는 압력을 유지하기 위해 상기 결정 및 이동을 반복하는 것인 단계를 포함하는 것인 압력 보상 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 요구되는 압력은 분배 압력인 것인 압력 보상 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 요구되는 압력은 분배 압력의 소정 비율에 해당하는 것인 압력 보상 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 챔버 내의 압력이 요구되는 압력을 초과하는지 여부를 결정하는 상기 단계는, 압력 센서로부터 챔버 내의 압력을 받아들이는 단계 및 상기 압력이 요구되는 압력의 공차 범위에 속하는지 여부를 결정하는 단계를 포함하는 것인 압력 보상 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 챔버로부터 유체를 분배하는 상기 단계는, 펌핑 수단의 초기 위치에 기초하여 분배 위치를 결정하는 단계 및 분배가 개시될 때의 펌핑 수단의 소정 위치로부터 분배 위치까지 펌핑 수단을 이동시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 것인 압력 보상 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 챔버로부터 유체를 분배하는 상기 단계는, 펌핑 수단의 초기 위치에 기초한 분배 거리 및 요구되는 압력을 유지하기 위해 펌핑 수단이 이동하는 거리에 기초한 보정 거리를 계산하는 단계 및 상기 분배 거리와 보정 거리를 합한 거리만큼 펌핑 수단을 이동시키는 단계를 포함하는 것인 압력 보상 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 챔버로부터 유체를 분배하는 상기 단계는, 펌핑 수단의 초기 위치에 기초하여 분배 거리를 계산하는 단계 및 펌핑 수단을 분배 거리만큼 이동시키는 단계를 포함하는 것인 압력 보상 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 펌핑 수단이 이동하는 동안 상기 압력이 요구되는 압력을 초과하는지 여부에 대한 결정이 이루어지지 않는 것인 압력 보상 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 펌핑 수단이 이동하는 동안 압력 센서의 작동을 중단시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 것인 압력 보상 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 압력이 요구되는 압력의 공차 범위에 속하는지 여부를 결정하기 이전에 펌핑 수단이 이동을 중단하였는지를 탐지하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것인 압력 보상 방법.
- 펌핑 장치의 챔버에 유체를 도입하는 단계,챔버 내의 압력이 요구되는 압력을 초과하는지 여부를 결정하는 단계,챔버 내의 압력이 요구되는 압력을 초과하는 경우 압력 상승을 보상하도록 챔버의 체적을 증가시키기 위해 펌핑 장치의 펌핑 수단을 이동시키는 단계, 및챔버로부터 유체를 분배하는 단계를 위한 변환 가능한 명령을 포함하고, 유체의 분배가 개시되기까지 요구되는 압력을 유지하기 위해 상기 결정 및 이동을 반복하는 것인 컴퓨터 판독 가능한 매체.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 요구되는 압력은 분배 압력인 것인 컴퓨터 판독 가능한 매체.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 요구되는 압력은 분배 압력의 소정 비율에 해당하는 것인 컴퓨터 판독 가능한 매체.
- 제11항에 있어서, 챔버 내의 압력이 요구되는 압력을 초과하는지 여부를 결정하는 상기 단계는, 압력 센서로부터 챔버 내의 압력을 받아들이는 단계 및 상기 압력이 요구되는 압력의 공차 범위에 속하는지 여부를 결정하는 단계를 포함하는 것인 컴퓨터 판독 가능한 매체.
- 제14항에 있어서, 챔버로부터 유체를 분배하는 상기 단계는, 펌핑 수단의 초기 위치에 기초하여 분배 위치를 결정하는 단계 및 분배가 개시될 때의 펌핑 수단의 소정 위치로부터 분배 위치까지 펌핑 수단을 이동시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 것인 컴퓨터 판독 가능한 매체.
- 제14항에 있어서, 챔버로부터 유체를 분배하는 상기 단계는, 펌핑 수단의 초기 위치에 기초한 분배 거리 및 요구되는 압력을 유지하기 위해 펌핑 수단이 이동하는 거리에 기초한 보정 거리를 계산하는 단계, 및 상기 분배 거리와 보정 거리를 합한 거리만큼 펌핑 수단을 이동시키는 단계를 포함하는 것인 컴퓨터 판독 가능한 매체.
- 제14항에 있어서, 챔버로부터 유체를 분배하는 상기 단계는, 펌핑 수단의 초기 위치에 기초하여 분배 거리를 계산하는 단계 및 펌핑 수단을 상기 분배 거리만큼 이동시키는 단계를 포함하는 것인 컴퓨터 판독 가능한 매체.
- 제14항에 있어서, 펌핑 수단이 이동하는 동안 압력 센서의 작동을 중단시키는 단계를 위한 변환 가능한 명령을 포함하는 것인 컴퓨터 판독 가능한 매체.
- 공급 챔버, 분배용 유체를 수용하도록 작동 가능한 분배 챔버, 분배 챔버 내의 펌핑 수단, 및 분배 챔버 내의 압력을 감지하도록 작동 가능한 압력 센서를 포함하는 펌핑 장치 및압력을 받아들이도록 구성되고, 챔버 내의 압력이 요구되는 압력을 초과하는지 여부를 결정하도록 구성되며, 분배 챔버에서의 요구되는 압력을 유지하기 위해 펌핑 수단의 이동을 조절하도록 구성되고, 유체의 분배가 개시되기까지 이들 압력을 받아들이는 단계, 결정 단계 및 조절 단계를 반복하도록 구성된 제어기를 포함하며,상기 제어기는 분배 챔버로부터 유체를 분배하기 위해 펌핑 수단의 이동을 조절하도록 추가로 작동 가능한 것인 압력 보상 시스템.
- 제19항에 있어서, 상기 제어기는, 압력이 요구되는 압력의 공차 범위에 속하는지 여부를 결정하기 이전에 펌핑 수단이 이동을 중단하였는지를 탐지하도록 작동 가능한 것인 압력 보상 시스템.
