Abstract
옻나무를 열수추출한 추출물에 있어서,
a) 옻나무 100 중량부를 기준으로 상기 옻나무에 대하여 900 내지 2900 중량부의 정제수를 첨가하여 혼합하는 제 1 공정;
b) 상기 제 1 공정을 통한 옻나무와 정제수의 혼합물을 115 내지 125℃ 온도 및 1 내지 1.5kg/cm2의 압력 조건 하에서 12 내지 18 시간 동안 열수추출하는 제 2 공정;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라보노이드 함량이 높은 옻나무 추출물과 그 추출물 제조방법에 대한 것이다.
아울러, 상기 제 2 공정을 통한 열수추출물을 11 내지 20°Bx로 농축하는 제3공정과 상기 옻나무 추출물의 플라보노이드 함량이 2000 내지 4000㎍/㎖가 되도록 농축량을 조정하는 제 4공정을 더 포함하여 플라보노이드를 기준으로 함량 제시로 이를 활용한 제품의 안정적인 품질 등을 제공한다.
Description
도 2는 시료 A 내지 K 추출물과 열수추출시간 조건 변동 하에서의 플라보노이드 함량에 대한 정량분석 결과를 그래프로 나타낸 것이다.
도 3은 시료 A 내지 K 추출물을 24시간에서 열수추출한 추출물의 플라보노이드 함량에 대한 정량분석 결과를 그래프로 나타낸 것이다.

Claims (4)
- 옻나무를 열수추출한 추출물에 있어서,
a) 옻나무 100 중량부를 기준으로 상기 옻나무에 대하여 900 내지 2900 중량부의 정제수를 첨가하여 혼합하는 제 1 공정;
b) 상기 제 1 공정을 통한 옻나무와 정제수의 혼합물을 115 내지 125℃ 온도 및 1 내지 1.5kg/cm2의 압력 조건 하에서 12 내지 18 시간 동안 열수추출하는 제 2 공정;을 포함하는 것인
