Claims (8)
- 화상형성장치에 있어서,잉크를 분사하는 카트리지와;상기 카트리지로부터 상기 잉크가 분사될 때에 발생하는 연무가 흡입되는 흡입부와, 상기 흡입된 연무가 배출되는 배출부를 가지는 챔버와;상기 챔버에 연결되며 상기 연무가 상기 챔버에 대해 흡입 및 배출되도록 상기 챔버 내부의 압력을 하강 또는 상승시키는 공압을 형성하는 공압형성부와;상기 챔버에 설치되며, 상기 공압형성부에서 형성된 공압에 의한 상기 챔버 내부의 압력 변화에 따라서 상기 흡입부 및 상기 배출부를 선택적으로 개폐하는 밸브유닛;을 포함하며,상기 밸브유닛은, 상기 공압형성부에 의한 상기 챔버 내부의 압력변화에 따라서 상기 흡입부를 개방하고 상기 배출부를 폐쇄하는 제1동작 및 상기 흡입부를 폐쇄하고 상기 배출부를 개방하는 제2동작 중에서 어느 한 동작을 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상형성장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 공압형성부는,압축 및 팽창을 반복하여 상기 챔버 내부의 압력을 변화시키는 벨로우즈부와;상기 벨로우즈부를 압축 및 팽창시키는 구동부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상형성장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 공압형성부는,내부가 상기 챔버와 연통된 실린더와;상기 실린더 내부에서 왕복운동하여 상기 실린더 내부의 공기를 압축 및 팽창시키는 피스톤과;상기 피스톤을 왕복운동시키는 구동부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상형성장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 배출부에 연결되어 상기 챔버로부터 배출되는 연무를 수용하는 배출연무수용부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상형성장치.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 챔버는,일측에 상기 흡입부가 형성되며 타측이 상기 공압형성부와 연통된 제1실과;상기 제1실과 격리되며 일측에 상기 배출부가 형성된 제2실과;상기 제1실과 상기 제2실이 연통되도록 형성된 챔버연통부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상형성장치.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 밸브유닛은,상기 제1실의 압력변화에 따라 상기 흡입부를 개폐하는 흡입개폐부재와;상기 제1실의 압력변화에 따라 상기 챔버연통부를 개폐하는 배출개폐부재;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상형성장치.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 밸브유닛은,상기 흡입부에 마련되며 상기 연무가 상기 챔버로 흡입 시 개방되는 흡입밸브부와;상기 배출부에 마련되며 상기 연무가 상기 챔버로부터 배출 시 개방되는 배출밸브부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상형성장치.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 밸브유닛은 상기 챔버에 장착되는 판 형상을 가지며,상기 흡입밸브부 및 상기 배출밸브부는 상기 밸브유닛의 판면상에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 화상형성장치.
