Claims (18)
- 배터리 셀;상기 배터리 셀과 전기적으로 연결되는 회로 모듈;상기 배터리 셀의 상부에 장착되는 상부 커버; 및상기 배터리 셀에 부착된 보강판을 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 보강판은 메탈층과 히트 실링층을 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 메탈층은 스틸, 스텐레스 스틸 또는 알루미늄 중 선택된 어느 하나에 의해 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 팩.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 히트 실링층은 열가소성 수지 또는 열경화성 수지로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 히트 실링층은 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌 또는 폴리카보네이트 중 선택된 어느 하나에 의해 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 히트 실링층은 상기 상부 커버와 동일한 재질로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 히트 실링층에는 트렌치 형상의 이격부가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 이격부는 격자 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 이격부에는 접착제가 충진된 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 이격부에는 금속이 충진된 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 보강판은 상기 메탈층과 히트 실링층 사이에 개재된 점착층을 더 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 배터리 셀은 파우치형 배터리 셀인 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 배터리 셀은 외장재를 포함하고,상기 보강판의 강도는 상기 외장재의 강도보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 보강판에는 라벨이 부착된 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 보강판은 상기 상부 커버와 열융착된 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 배터리 셀은 상호 마주보는 한 쌍의 장측부와,상기 장측부에 연결되며 상호 마주보는 한 쌍의 단측부을 포함하고,상기 보강판은 상기 배터리 셀의 장측부에 부착된 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 제 16 항에 있어서,상기 보강판은 상기 배터리 셀을 감싸도록 상기 장측부 및 단측부에 부착된 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 상부 커버에는 외부기기와 결합되는 결합부가 형성되고,상기 보강판은 상기 결합부와 대응되는 부분에 요홈이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
