Claims (6)
- 접속해야 할 배관이 삽입되는 배관 접속구를 가지는 조인트 본체와, 이 조인트 본체에 체결되는 결합용 부재와, 고리형상의 페룰(ferrule)과, 이 페룰의 일측 단부를 배관에 파고들도록 가이드하는 캠면을 구비하고,상기 캠면은 조인트 본체 및 결합용 부재의 어느 한쪽에 형성되고,상기 조인트 본체 및 결합용 부재에 있어서 상기 캠면이 형성되어 있지 않은 부재에는, 페룰의 타측 단부를 내주를 향해 누르면서 축방향을 따라서 가압하는 가압면이 형성되며,상기 페룰에는, 이 페룰을 상기 캠면을 향하는 전부와 상기 가압면을 향하는 후부로 이분하도록 내주 가장자리로부터 직경 방향에 있어서의 외측으로 패인 홈이 형성되고,상기 홈은, 페룰의 일측 단부의 에지부와 페룰의 내주면의 타측 단부의 에지부가 배관에 파고들도록 변형하는 도중에 있어서, 홈을 획정하는 전면과 후면이 전체면 또는 일부에서 서로 맞닿는 형상으로 형성되고,상기 페룰의 타측 단부가 상기 가압면에 의해 내주를 향해 눌리면서 축방향을 따라서 가압됨으로써, 페룰의 일측 단부가 캠면에 눌려 페룰의 일측 단부에 형성되는 에지부 및 페룰의 내주면의 타측 단부에 형성되는 에지부가 배관에 파고들도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 플레어리스식 관조인트.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 페룰의 타측 단부가, 조인트 본체 및 결합용 부재에 있어서 상기 캠면이 형성되어 있지 않은 부재의 기부(基部)에 대해, 직경 방향을 따라서 연장되는 박육부를 통해 일체적으로 연결되고,상기 페룰의 타측 단면과 상기 가압면의 사이에 공간이 획정되며,상기 조인트 본체와 결합용 부재가 체결되는 과정에 있어서, 페룰의 일측 단부가 캠면에 맞닿은 후에 조인트 본체와 결합용 부재의 체결에 수반해 발생하는 축방향의 힘에 의해 상기 박육부가 절단되고, 이 박육부가 절단된 후에 상기 페룰이 독립적인 페룰로서 작용하도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 플레어리스식 관조인트.
- 삭제
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 페룰에는, 조인트 본체와 결합용 부재를 손으로 돌려 조일 때에 발생하는 축방향의 가압력에 의해 페룰의 일측 단부를 용이하게 변형하기 위한 절개부가 형성되고, 이 절개부보다 선단에 위치하는 쐐기 형상부가 배관에 밀어넣어짐으로써, 접속해야 할 배관을 임시고정 가능하게 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 플레어리스식 관조인트.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 기재된 플레어리스식 관조인트가 냉매 회로, 급수 회로, 또는 냉매 회로와 급수 회로의 쌍방에 사용되고 있는 냉동 장치.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 기재된 플레어리스식 관조인트가 급탕 회로, 급수 회로, 또는 급탕 회로와 급수 회로의 쌍방에 사용되고 있는 온수 장치.
