Claims (17)
- 차량의 내연 기관으로부터의 배기 가스를 정화하기 위한 입자 트랩으로서,
상기 입자 트랩은 다수의 주름 층을 형성하는 하나 이상의 금속박 및 하나 이상의 고-내열성 섬유층을 포함하며,
상기 고-내열성 섬유층은 상기 차량의 내연 기관으로부터의 배기 가스를 정화하기 위한 개방형 입자 트랩용 금속 섬유를 포함하며,
다수의 섹션들 내의 상기 고-내열성 섬유층은 촉매 활성 코팅을 가지며,
상기 촉매 활성 코팅은 상이한 종류의 코팅을 포함하며, 상기 다수의 섹션들 중 하나 이상의 섹션에서 상기 코팅이 SCR 촉매인,
입자 트랩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 고-내열성 섬유층에 도포되어 연속으로 배치되는 상기 코팅의 다수의 부분적 영역으로, 상기 SCR 촉매가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는,
입자 트랩.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 부분적 영역은, 상기 배기 가스의 유동 입구에서 볼 때, 가수분해 촉매의 코팅, SCR의 촉매의 코팅이 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는,
입자 트랩.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 배기 가스의 유동 입구에서 볼 때, 산화 촉매의 코팅이 적어도 상기 가수분해 촉매의 코팅의 상류부 또는 상기 SCR 촉매의 코팅의 하류부에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는,
입자 트랩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 다수의 주름 층을 형성하는 하나 이상의 금속박 및 상기 하나 이상의 고-내열성 섬유 층은 하우징 내에 서로 감겨서 교대로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는,
입자 트랩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 입자 트랩의 축선에 대해 평행하게 형성되는 통로가 형성되고, 상기 통로의 적어도 일부 내로 돌출되는 안내 표면이 상기 금속박에 형성되어, 상기 안내 표면에 의해 상기 통로를 통하여 유동하는 가스 스트림의 방향이 상기 섬유 층을 향하여 전환되는 것을 특징으로 하는,
입자 트랩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 입자 트랩은 체적을 가지며, 상기 체적에 대한 코팅의 양은 20 내지 300 g/l(리터 당 그램)의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는,
입자 트랩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 다수의 주름 층을 형성하는 하나 이상의 금속박은 하나 이상의 주름 층의 폭에 걸쳐 연장하는 구멍을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는,
입자 트랩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 코팅은 워시코팅을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는,
입자 트랩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 고-내열성 섬유 층은 다공성 소결 재료, 다공성 섬유 재료, 또는 다공성 소결 재료 및 다공성 섬유 재료를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는,
입자 트랩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 고-내열성 섬유 층은 0 mm 초과 내지 0.082 mm 미만의 평균 직경을 가진 섬유를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는,
입자 트랩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 고-내열성 섬유 층은 50% 이상 내지 100% 미만의 다공성율을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는,
입자 트랩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 고-내열성 섬유 층은 95% 이상 내지 100% 미만의 다공성율을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는,
입자 트랩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
가장 큰 외부 표면에 대해 평행하게 취한 종방향 단면에서 상기 고-내열성 섬유 층은 평균 0.05 mm 내지 0.5 mm의 크기를 가지는 개구를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는,
입자 트랩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 고-내열성 섬유 층은 0 mm 초과 내지 3 mm 미만의 두께를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는,
입자 트랩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 고-내열성 섬유 층은 0 mm 초과 내지 0.5 mm 미만의 두께를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는,
입자 트랩.
- 배기 파이프를 포함하는 자동차의 내연기관의 배기 시스템으로서,
상기 배기 시스템은 상기 배기 가스의 유동 입구에서 볼 때,
상기 배기 파이프 내로 액체 우레아(urea)를 공급하기 위한 환원제 공급부, 및
제 1 항 내지 제 16 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 입자 트랩
을 연속하여 포함하는,
배기 시스템.
