Abstract
Description
Claims (22)
- 친수성 알부민(albumin)과 소수성 담즙산(bile acid)을 포함하며, 수용액에서 자기 집합체(self-aggregates)를 형성하는, 약물전달용 알부민-담즙산 복합체.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 알부민의 라이신기(lysine group)의 아미노기(amino group, -NH2)와 담즙산의 카르복실기(carboxyl group, -COOH)가 펩티드 결합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 약물전달용 알부민-담즙산 복합체.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 알부민은 인간 알부민(human albumin) 또는 이의 단편인 것을 특징으로 하는 약물전달용 알부민-담즙산 복합체.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 담즙산은 5β-콜란산(5β-cholanic acid)인 것을 특징으로 하는 약물전달용 알부민-담즙산 복합체.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 알부민-담즙산 복합체는 담즙산의 중량부에 비례하여 입자크기가 증가하고, 직경이 30 내지 400 nm의 범위의 입자크기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 약물전달용 알부민-담즙산 복합체.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 약물은 소수성 항암제인 것을 특징으로 하는 약물전달용 알부민-담즙산 복합체.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 소수성 항암제는 도세탁셀(Docetaxel), 시스플라틴(cis-platin), 캠토세신(camptothecin), 파클리탁셀(paclitaxel), 타목시펜(Tamoxifen), 아나스테로졸(Anasterozole), 글리벡(Gleevec), 5-플루오로우라실(5-FU), 플록슈리딘(Floxuridine), 류프로리드(Leuprolide), 플로타미드(Flutamide), 졸레드로네이트(Zoledronate), 독소루비신(Doxorubicin), 빈크리스틴(Vincristine), 젬시타빈(Gemcitabine), 스트렙토조토신(Streptozocin), 카보플라틴(Carboplatin), 토포테칸(Topotecan), 벨로테칸(Belotecan), 이리노테칸(Irinotecan), 비노렐빈(Vinorelbine), 히도록시우레아(hydroxyurea), 발루비신(Valrubicin), 레티노익산(retinoic acid) 계열, 메소트렉세이트(Methotrexate), 메클로레타민(Meclorethamine), 클로람부실(Chlorambucil), 부술판(Busulfan), 독시플루리딘(Doxifluridine), 빈블라스틴(Vinblastin), 마이토마이신(Mitomycin), 프레드니손(Prednisone), 테스토스테론(Testosterone), 미토산트론(Mitoxantron), 아스피린(aspirin), 살리실레이트(salicylates), 이부프로펜(ibuprofen), 나프로센(naproxen), 페노프로펜(fenoprofen), 인도메타신(indomethacin), 페닐부타존(phenyltazone), 시클로포스파미드(cyclophosphamide), 메클로에타민(mechlorethamine), 덱사메타손(dexamethasone), 프레드니솔론(prednisolone), 셀레콕시브(celecoxib), 발데콕시브(valdecoxib), 니메슐리드(nimesulide), 코르티손(cortisone) 및 코르티코스테로이드(corticosteroid)로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 약물전달용 알부민-담즙산 복합체.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 알부민-담즙산 복합체에 추가적으로 근적외선 형광체가 결합된 약물전달용 알부민-담즙산 복합체.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 상기 근적외선 형광체는 시아닌(Cyanine; Cy), 플루오레신(fluorescein), 테트라메틸로드아민(tetramethylrhodamine), 보디피(BODIPY) 및 알렉사(Alexa)로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 약물전달용 알부민-담즙산 복합체.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 상기 근적외선 형광체는 Cy5.5인 것을 특징으로 하는 약물전달용 알부민-담즙산 복합체.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 알부민-담즙산 복합체의 내부에 추가적으로 소수성 항암제가 봉입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 약물전달용 알부민-담즙산 복합체.
- 1) 친수성 알부민을 수용성 용매에 녹인 후 유기용매를 가하여 알부민 용액을 제조하는 단계;2) 소수성 담즙산을 유기용매에 녹여 담즙산 용액을 제조하는 단계;3) 상기 단계 1)의 알부민 용액에 단계 2)의 담즙산 용액을 가한 후 교반하여 반응액을 제조하는 단계; 및4) 상기 단계 3)의 반응액을 투석하고 미반응 담즙산을 제거한 후 동결건조하는 단계를 포함하는 제 1항의 알부민-담즙산 복합체 제조방법.
- 제 12항에 있어서, 상기 단계 1)의 알부민은 인간 알부민(human albumin) 또는 이의 단편인 것을 특징으로 하는 알부민-담즙산 복합체 제조방법.
- 제 12항에 있어서, 상기 단계 1)의 수용성 용매는 물인 것을 특징으로 하는 알부민-담즙산 복합체 제조방법.
- 제 12항에 있어서, 상기 단계 2)의 담즙산은 5β-콜란산(5β-cholanic acid)인 것을 특징으로 하는 알부민-담즙산 복합체 제조방법.
- 제 12항에 있어서, 상기 단계 1) 및 단계 2)의 유기용매는 메탄올인 것을 특징으로 하는 알부민-담즙산 복합체 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1항의 알부민-담즙산 복합체에 근적외선 형광체가 결합된 알부민-담즙산- 근적외선 형광체 복합체를 포함하는 암 진단용 조영제.
- 제 18항에 있어서, 상기 근적외선 형광체는 시아닌(Cyanine), 플루오레신(fluorescein), 테트라메틸로드아민(tetramethylrhodamine), 보디피(BODIPY) 및 알렉사(Alexa)로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 암 진단용 조영제.
- 제 18항에 있어서, 상기 근적외선 형광체는 Cy5.5인 것을 특징으로 하는 암 진단용 조영제.
- 제 18항에 있어서, 방사선 동위원소, 양자점(quantum dot) 또는 MRI 조영제를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 암 진단용 조영제.
