Claims (11)
- 서열번호 2의 아미노산 서열로 이루어진, 고추(Capsicum annuum) 유래의 CaHB1 단백질.
- 제1항의 CaHB1 단백질을 코딩하는 유전자.
- 제2항에 있어서, 서열번호 1의 염기 서열로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유전자.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 유전자는 가뭄, 염분, 만니톨, 에테폰, 또는 살리실산에 의해 발현이 증가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유전자.
- 제2항의 유전자를 포함하는 재조합 식물 발현 벡터.
- 제5항에 따른 벡터로 형질전환된 식물체.
- 제5항에 따른 벡터로 식물 세포를 형질전환하는 단계; 및상기 형질전환된 식물 세포로부터 형질전환 식물을 재분화하는 단계를 포함하는 형질전환 식물체의 제조 방법.
- 제5항에 따른 벡터로 식물 세포를 형질전환시켜 CaHB1 유전자를 과발현하는 단계를 포함하는 식물 생장을 증가시키는 방법.
- 제5항에 따른 벡터로 식물 세포를 형질전환시켜 CaHB1 유전자를 과발현하는 단계를 포함하는 식물 내염성을 증가시키는 방법.
- 제5항에 따른 벡터로 식물 세포를 형질전환시켜 CaHB1 유전자의 발현을 조절하는 단계를 포함하는 식물 노화를 조절하는 방법.
