Description
Claims (30)
- 기록해야 할 데이터를 변조하여, 복수의 기록 변조 부호를 생성하는 단계와, 펄스 형상의 광빔을 광 디스크에 조사함으로써, 상기 기록 변조 부호에 의해 규정되는 길이의 기록 마크 및 스페이스(space)를 상기 광디스크에 기록하는 단계를 포함하는 기록 방법으로서,복수의 기록 마크 중 적어도 2개는,선두에 배치되고, 상기 기록 마크의 리딩 에지(leading edge)를 형성하기 위한 퍼스트 펄스와,최후미에 배치되고, 상기 기록 마크의 트레일링 에지(trailing edge)를 형성하기 위한 라스트 펄스와,상기 퍼스트 펄스와 상기 라스트 펄스 사이에 배치되고, 상기 기록 마크의 중앙부를 형성하기 위한 멀티 펄스 열(列)을 포함하며,상기 멀티 펄스 열은, 상기 기록 변조 부호의 기준 주기 T보다 긴 펄스 주기를 갖고,상기 기록 마크의 각각에 있어서의 펄스의 수는, 기록 마크가 길이에 있어서 2T 증가함에 따라 1개 증가하고 있고,상기 복수의 기록 마크의 각각은 서로, T 또는 그 배수배 상이한 길이를 갖고,최단 기록 마크 및 그 다음 최단 기록 마크는 각각 하나의 펄스에 의해 구성되어 있는기록 방법.
- 펄스 형상의 광빔이 조사되는 것에 의해, 소정의 변조 방식에 의해 규정되는 길이의 기록 마크 및 스페이스가 기록되는 기록 영역을 갖는 데이터 기록 매체로서,복수의 기록 마크 중 적어도 2개는,선두에 배치되고, 상기 기록 마크의 리딩 에지를 형성하기 위한 퍼스트 펄스와,최후미에 배치되고, 상기 기록 마크의 트레일링 에지를 형성하기 위한 라스트 펄스와,상기 퍼스트 펄스와 상기 라스트 펄스 사이에 배치되고, 상기 기록 마크의 중앙부를 형성하기 위한 멀티 펄스 열을 포함하되,상기 멀티 펄스 열은, 기록 변조 부호의 기준 주기 T보다 긴 펄스 주기를 갖고,상기 기록 마크의 각각에 있어서의 펄스의 수는, 기록 마크가 길이에 있어서 2T 증가함에 따라 1개 증가하고 있고,상기 복수의 기록 마크의 각각은 서로, T 또는 그 배수배 상이한 길이를 갖고,최단 기록 마크 및 그 다음 최단 기록 마크는 각각 하나의 펄스에 의해 구성되어 있는데이터 기록 매체.
- 청구항 2에 기재된 데이터 기록 매체를 재생하는 방법으로서,상기 기록 영역에 광빔을 조사함으로써, 상기 기록 마크를 재생하는 단계를 갖는 재생 방법.
